Mr B Loitongbam gave his opinion about how the violence erupted, in sequence (emphasizing how Churches were burnt), and later adds that it is for a Judicial inquiry to find out how it really turned to a massive proportion, to witness as the first time in the history of the State. If he were to add that a Judicial inquiry is required (which means that he isn't sure of what he is asserting), he shouldn't have emphasized on what he had in the interview. Only shows the imbalance in his opinions. But then, its an opinion and nothing right or wrong.... that's why it's called an opinion.
One could argue that he was unaware of the vandalism that took place at the Anglo-kuki war gate which was the actual ignition to the whole violence. However, you seem to be under the impression that asking for a judicial inquiry equates to being unsure. You are mistaken, it is an indicator of his surety and willingness to acknowledge the fact that it happened. Imbalance in opinions? I think not. He is clearly taking a neutral stance and informing the audience of what he knows to be true; the burning of most, if not all churches in the valley, the vandalism of a handful of temples, albeit not on the same level as destruction as churches, and the hate politics driven by Meitei lepuuns and Aramboi Tengol. Opinion is what YOU wrote, facts is what he spoke.

Ground reports said, During the peaceful solidarity rally, some Miscreants of the Radical meitei torched the Kuki War Memorial Gate and Houses of the Kuki along the border of Bishenpur and Churachanpur districts.
Fact no 2. These meitei looted arms from the Police stations within the Valley PS.
3. The Manipur Armed Police guard those miscreants helping them burnt down all Kuki residents and Churches in the Valley.

1, recently Manipur government has started a huge drive against drugs and also has destroyed huge poppy plantation in hills area. Drugs are big business and it is mostly done by immigrants from Myanmar.
2. Drive against illegal migrants from Myanmar and Bangladesh due to ILP.
3. Eviction drive against forest reserve land.
4. Announcement of implementation of NRC in Manipur.
All these hurts both illegal immigrants from Myanmar and Bangladesh, who are illegally living and doing business in Manipur. So, this is a well planned attack to pull down the present government before karanataka election, so that the drive against drugs and implementation of NRC doesn't happen. This is not a fight between kukis and Meiteis, but the fight is a drugs war, where the drugs lord are trying to bring down the current government to stop the war on the drugs and to stop NRC.
Democracy is in danger, people of India should take stand for peace in the country..
