In next 30 - 50 years whole India will face similar situations . When small armed groups will put whole state in hostility and we citizens would not be able to do anything under the name of religion. Whole these activities well be managed by our enemy nations. These pockets have started to pop on our national borders with change in demography. Currently just one is activated.

First should be held NRC and let the indigenous people stay all across Manipur. Based on outcome of NRC refugees should be send back if Myanmar or if they choose to stay let it spread across India. Refugees can’t decide where and which place to stay in India. Based on their skill set they should be distributed.
NRC Data have already been collected in Assam but insted of asking what happened to that , u want to create another hustle !!!

There are many illegal immigrants from Myanmar and Bangladesh across almost all North East states of India... it's acute in Manipur and Assam...the issue has not been taken seriously, still not, by the central government is the sad part. There are also many Kuki people indigenous to Manipur so putting all as illegal immigrants isn't correct. But it's also imperative the government undertakes appropriate action to segregate the illegal ones....let there be peace.
