Sorry to hear about your health. My dad had the same prognosis, but they caught it early. Anyway, loving your dahlias. How far are they spaced?
the plants are 2ft (60cm) spacings. 3-4ft paths.

i would say around 14 weeks, but could be shortened or lengthened depending on when you top it.

I believe it was Hillcrest candy. I do this every year, look at his videos, try to identify varieties for next year. Hopefully this is helpful
