I recommend using three layers of protection to block tracking methods for electronic devices . For example, use RF tape to wrap it around the device of your choosing, after that put the device in a Faraday bag and then a Faraday cage. This way it would be hard to be tracked. They have to bypass three layers of thick protection.

22:39 around there you say something about aluminum foil and trackers. That wouldn't work you'd need a faraday cage or (more dangerous bc air traffic) strong active rf jamming. If there's a stingray or similar in the area, or just a cell tower, you'd be picked up. Foil really doesn't do squat and is not a reliable method to do anything. They say ghislaine Maxwell wrapped her phone in tin foil 😂 they picked her up the second they got within range...

I think Prestium should've been added to the operating systems list, since a bunch of people have been joining I2P lately.
I2P has it's own flaws, such as the fact you can't use it to access the clearnet, while Tor is a great anonymizer. I wouldn't say that either is superior to another, just different use cases.

Open hardware like RISC-V could mitigate things like Intel ME and other hardware based backdoors, but I haven't seen evidence of those being used to deanonimize people yet.
If you're a buyer, anything should be fine. If you're a seller, you should probably go with any intel chips where the ME can be disabled. As Mental Outlaw said, it's never officially been used to nab somebody... but of course if I were a government I wouldn't want my backdoors to be published in court documents so... I'd probably leave that out
