I found this project in Cricut library. Do you have Cricut access? If yes, search "Birthday card". It's a ready to make project. You just need a cardstock and Cricut.

I made the envelope myself too. I found the envelope template and the card at the Cricut library. You can find and make it too, here is a project's number - #M4CF49 (add it in Cricut search).

How did you do the Star?
Hi! I made it step by step. First added the star from Cricut library, then made back layers with offset, after added the text "Happy Birthday". Cut and assembled it all.
Which glue r u using?
