Thanks so much for this video, I’m an aspiring GRC analyst. I have been debating on doing this GRC course & the Unix GRC but after seeing this video I have decided to do Gerald’s GRC since he was the first person I came across that introduced me to GRC. After I graduated from UMGC with a bachelors in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity, I didn’t really know what area under the cybersecurity umbrella that I wanted to be under until seeing his videos. So again thanks so much for this review and I also follow you on LinkedIn as well. Peace and much blessings to you & keep up the great content ❤
Based on your ample experience, how do you think the GRC course from Simply Cuber compares to the GRC course from the Unix Guy? Do you recommend one over the other for an entry level position for someone with no previous experience in IT (career changer)?
Unix guy is good if you want to learn about the several domains GRC is involved in and Simply Cyber is good if you want practical GRC guide and walk through. Depends on what you’re looking for.
So you mean, unixguy does not have practicality in it? I am planning to buy one either unix or sinply cyber. So please give us your honest review.@CyberSecGRC
Although I’m trying to get my foot in the door too, I’ve heard conducting phishing awareness training programs, risk management projects, vulnerability assessments/tests are useful good luck, I’m right behind you 💯
It'd be bad advice if I say this one or that one, especially when they are both excellent trainings. I wouldn't recommend either if they weren't excellent trainings. The best thing is to decide what kind of training you prefer and make your choice based on your preference.
@@tushargupta5122 purchase one first, take that training and master it over and over again. You may never need to get the other training. Priority is getting a job!
Hey I been a PM for 2 years and recently passed cisa certification and got approved for the certification. What's the best way to actually get hired? Should I learn frameworks?

Which one would you recommend to do? Simply Cyber GRC or Unix Guy GRC. Which one is better in your opinion. Please answer in one word only

@@CyberSecGRC would you recommend purchasing both the courses and learning from both of them, would it make sense?
