It’s surprising to see such criticism of Dogpack’s video, especially given the substantial evidence he presented about MrBeast. Rather than debating Dogpack and his arguments, we should recognize this video as highlighting a deeper, more significant issue. While Dogpack is relatively new to making videos, he did a commendable job of shedding light on serious concerns.
The focus should not be on nitpicking minor points or criticizing his presentation style but on the major issues he uncovered. Dogpack addressed significant allegations such as ıIIegaI lơtteries, forgıng signatures, and making kids addıcted to gämbling. These are the points that deserve attention, not the trivial criticisms. A good journalist examines the core issues, disregards the presentation, and identifies the real problems.
For instance, the TH-camr “JustAOrdinaryGamer” succinctly addressed the major allegations without getting bogged down by filler content. It’s not about the video, Dogpack, or his arguments. It’s about what MrBeast did wrong, and Dogpack exposed it. Even if the video portrayed MrBeast positively for example, the exposure of wrongdoing remains.
We shouldn’t focus on why Dogpack thinks something is good or bad. Instead, we should concentrate on what was exposed. If the exposed issue is bad, it stands on its own merits. Ignoring thorough research and the most significant points leads to missing crucial details.
MrBeast, during a live streams, said, “Büy in the next 5 minutes for a chance to win $5k,” but then forgot to pick a winner. This resulted in over 2000 people buying within 5 minutes, effectively scämming them. Such actions could ruin a career quickly (normally). Another example is the “I’ll put your picture on the moon for $10” scäm, where tens of thousands of people lost money without getting what was advertised.
You probably forgot that he even did the moon thing. Yes, you remember it now, but when making the video, you likely didn’t even consider it because it seemed like a minor point. For him, it wasn’t a big deal, but for me, this is a Logan Paul-type scam. "Coffeezilla made a whole exposé video about how he didn’t refund people the millions of dollars he got" type shı t. And that’s the thing-no one is talking about this yet, but in a few weeks, they will probably get to the bottom of it. This is a fact, plain and simple, but it’s just one sentence in his lengthy video. This is the problem-you need to look closely.
Whether these actions are ıIIegaI isn’t the main concern. It’s about ethics and the integrity of promises made. Dogpack highlighted these points, which underscores the need for real journalistic work. Dismissing his entire video because of minor subjective disagreements is not constructive. Instead, we should delve deeper into the significant issues he has brought to light.

      this is insanely long lol
this situation is not nearly as insane as you’re stating and I watched the whole video in its entirety and simply disagree, I’m not trying to focus on the unimportant rather, 80% of the video is unimportant unrelated criticism with 20% of big claims without enough concrete evidence to back it, it’s basically all anecdotal and not factual
in law, even if something is true there is required cross examination

@@ROOKIETHESTAR Exactly! We share the same opinion. The video is cluttered with unnecessary content. So, why waste time discussing the irrelevant parts when there are crucial points to address?
Sure, you can say that only 20% was worth watching. But isn’t that missing the point? Creating extra content to spotlight the unnecessary bits diverts from the necessary bits.
No one really knows who “Dogpack” is or cares about his opinion. We’re here for the significant allegations, for Mr.Beast.
We should focus on the important stuff first. If there’s time left, then maybe touch on the irrelevant parts. But the priority is to dive deeper into the key points, ask more questions, and generate meaningful discussion around them.
You’re raising excellent points and topics. Instead of just commenting about; why not make a whole video?
Why make a Video about a unnecessary stuff if you clearly have an opinion about the necessary stuff?

honestly I feel like I covered the major points
presentation is important and if your video is 80% reaches it reallt discredits the other 20%
I think that last 20% are “big allegations” but not a lot of concrete evidence, if the giveaways end up being faked I’ll be sure to make a video on it, but we’ve got to hear both sides as I mentioned there are plenty of people who claim their giveaway rewards were fulfilled
as for the rocket, can we really blame him if the rocket exploded lmfao, if he put all the pictures on it, whats he supposed to do, make another rocket? I think this should be addressed and something new should be done in its place for sure, but gotta give him time to address it as its technically not his fault lol
My video is just short because I have a job & only do this as a hobby haha, but I did address all of the major points
I’m also responding to you so I’m not trying to create some false narrative or hide nothing! just disagree

"why should I even care about these claims" Hmm, maybe because of illegal lotteries, rigging and staging videos, selling fake signitures, having his employees pretend to be randoms and the biggest example is Mack which worked with another content creator before faking videos and doxxing a pilot while completely lying about him.
Not to mention that Mr.Beast wanted to work with that Mystery-Box scam company to scam little kids out of their money but he got talked out of it.
It was the scam Jake Paul did back in the day, no wonder why Mr.Beast keeps Logan Paul around since both of them are alike.
Mr.Beast getting kids hooked on diabetes lotteries which is the main reason the chocolate sells in the first place while pretending to care so much about "health".
You might care once you are old enough. Mr.Beast build his entire imagine around being authentic, giving people the oppertunity to win money but that is all a farce.
It's obvious that random subs won't be invited and that "sub and like to get..." doesn't actually get you anything but his 99,99% kids audience doesn't know that.

“It’s entertainment” is the same statement always used. The fact is yes it’s entertainment but it’s also deceptive when you have people believing the videos are 100% real when there just not. Once people know it’s not real it becomes less entertaining. He also chose to keep out some very key facts in this video, such as Mack being an employee living in a mansion where he acts as a contestant, and the illegal lotteries plus fake signatures. It’s clear that’s a lot of sketchy stuff going on behind the scenes here.

      - its not fake just because there’s a small handful of people who know mrbeast in the challenges, hes done that since long before and it doesnt make it less real
      - in the lottery situation dogpack404 even says himself he’s “not a lawyer”. sweepstakes such as buying a product for a raffle has happened many times - poptarts, etc. so I need to see a better in depth analysis because I doubt a company this massive isn’t breaking the law this blatantly

At the beginning you basically said people who are calling out Mrbeast for his wrongdoings are clout hungry. You should have talked about how Mrbeast made a website and told his fans to harrass employees for feastables in the back for them to put on the shelves. In the video dogpack made, he talked about how Mrbeast ran illegal lotteries and his chocolate had a Qr code on the back basically a lottery for children “Gambling”. And why did you not talk about Mrbeast Rigging results of challenges, you could have focused on more of the important things. You barely scratched the surface of the whole video, also this video feels like you’re trying to shield Mrbeast.

I also said in the video I’m not gonna shield him, if I believed he was guilty I’d get just as much clout from a video
the video is 4 minutes but you need to pay attention, I went soft as hell and basically played a skeptical role rather than critical
if I believe an hour video is 90% unimportant filler and 10% content, I don’t need to make more than a 4 minute video to address his claims which are essentially all public information or his direct words
there’s nothing to really go in depth about when most of his video is essentially all anecdotal
you’ve clearly got your bias too 🤷 apologies for going so hard but most of the comments are just as dumb when my video is soft criticism at best 😆

You missed the main arguments about gambling. The video does have many points that do hate on Mr. Beast for the simple fact that the former employee does not like him. I agree that, those points are weak and are nothing burgers. However, faking signatures, hosting illegal lotteries, and promoting gambling to children is something that should be addressed. Those points are valid as he has a fanbase that are primary children. They are manipulate towards children. Do I think his Carrer should be over? No. He did some stuff that he should learn from and he should be transparent from now on. He should stop with the gambling promotion and refund people for the shirts that he sold. (Where he claimed he personally signed them) . Will this affect his view ship? Yes as there is now a wall of mistrust as people will question jimmy's content as a truly real and good. With all the other allegations coming after him. Its only time before his whole "I'm here to help the world" character will be put into question, especially when you see him taking money from kids to give to his rich friends. (Who in my opinion should never have been in the show or should have been pointed out to be employees )

I’m just curious whats different between this and sweepstakes between brands like Danimals and Poptarts doing sweepstakes for prizes/cruises, etc. As far as I’m aware he is fulfilling give aways (with examples in the video)
He himself said he’s not a lawyer and I doubt a company as large as MrBeast’s isn’t going to be breaking the law so blatantly on a livestream
The forging signature clip is weird at best, but he’s doing it on a livestream with a smirk, could’ve simply been trolling to see if anyone noticed on the team
Any of the strongest points in his video don’t really have backing outside of a pretty surface level inspection imo, he was also let go of the company and replied to the mrbeast employee with “now hide this because you’re guilty” *it wasn’t hidden lol
Is it possible there’s some out of order things from MrBeast? Sure, but that video is not the big expose piece everyone is making it out to be

    • @rocker3405
      @rocker3405 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

@@ROOKIETHESTAR There are many differences between a company doing a sweepstake and Mr. Beast's giveaway. First off, Mr. Beast ran an illegal giveaway. You cannot refute that notion. The video shows you the law, and examples of Mr. Beast breaking it. It's Illegal what he did. Does not matter if he gave the prizes, it's illegal and he should have consulted someone on how to run a legal sweepstake. Mr. Beast did something illegal and it should be pointed out. Other companies do giveaways and it's ok because they follow the law. An example like Microsoft would be a great example. They run sweepstakes for their users of Bing. (I participate in them but never win) They have an option to sign up for free AND have a 3RD party make sure they are following the lottery to be fair. Mr. Beast DOES NOT. He does it when he feels like and it even lets the Chanllers family win, which is also illegal because family and friends cannot win or participate in sweepstakes. He is wide open to lawsuits and scummy as its not fair to everyone who buys the shirt.
Second, forging the signature clip could be a troll attempt. We don't have evidence of either fact, however, the fact that it was shown that HE DID IT, put into question every other shirt. You can no longer trust him at his word that he did it. It takes years to build trust but only minutes to break it. How do we know that every other shirt was signed? How do we know that every other thing was fair? The fact that he may have lied about that one shirt, puts into question everything.
With your last point, I agree. There may be things wrong at the company, "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity". He has done dumb things that he NEEDS to address and change before he can go into proper TV shows like with Amazon. Mr. Beast needs to be held accountable for his "mistakes" if he truly wants to "do good for the world". Or are we to believe that he use that money to get his rich friends, richer? It needs to be fair.
I know the claims are complicated, but they are valid to the channel and who Mr Beast is as a showrunner. They need to be fair, not tipped to the scale. If another company did what Mr. Beast did, they Would have been sued to hell.
Also Mr Beast is a company, not him only. He should have the contact of at least one lawyer, He is not the Jimmy of 100k subs. He has millions of fans and million of dollars.
Also, we can see that he can lie. This was shown in the Ava situation, he said he had no knowledge of his actions, however, there is new evidence (it has been confirmed to be him in the chats) of him talking inappropriately in a group chat with minors, with Ava. He can lie about the ava, he can lie about shirts. What else can he lie about? That's the issue with this, what can we believe as the audience? So far, nothing.

but I personally still don’t believe that this random kid who prefaced his video with “I’m not a lawyer” is enough evidence shown to convince me the entire operation is illegal
as law is typically very complicated lol
as for the ava situation, there’s a 3rd party investigation that should reveal all
I have no reason to defend mrbeast, making a negative video would get just as many views and attention but tbh, I just don’t believe dogpack404 made a strong enough case that can’t be refuted, although most people have already drawn conclusions that mrbeast needs to be held accountable
