Quite nice pocket size multimeter with 2x AA battery 1.5v. Accuracy is good. I’ll use it only for diode mode. I recomended this cheap and pocket size multimeter.
The NCV mode is to test if current in flowing nearby. Show the top of the meter next to a live wire it’ll beep. I think it’s measuring electro magnetic waves.
Ruhtam yesss it can be like that but i never use this feature just to meassuring a low voltage for laptop, tv and smart phone it give me a good test also diode mode for finding shorted circuit :))

I do have expensive tester but like this it is not gave me value when I want to test beep mode. Beep mode work without any value. Its problem. When you work fast
