@ through no fault of my own, the 10 mm bolt seem to be a little bit rounded off. (Purchased the whole assembly - steering column and all) So I tapped in a spiral bolt remover and with an impact gun, it came out in one second . Ordered a new bolt from Pelican P , I have a cheesy TH-cam video uploaded. It does not show me using the impact gun. I just finished changing out all the bearings and struts on the rear end and that was quite a job.
Thank you! In my case it is a w203, the bolt very difficult to loose. I tied 2 times, did not make it and left the effort, because I don't know if keep trying maybe could destroy the bolt's head.

Hope it solved they could sit really hard when they been for a long time! I would use some heat if that’s the case.
