I stumbled on to this video looking for a kadhi recipe. Absolutely loved the video. Very very authentic kitchen and cooking style. And the last few mins where it was served to your uncle (i think :) ) sitting on a "manji" was so real that it brought back memories from India. Thank you for posting this video. I'll try this recipe tonight.
