Ren is the hardest. It's not that difficult to beat him, but it's hard to do it without taking damage. Not only he's very quick, but you also have to watch for his sudden shurikens and leaping attacks. And if you're close to him, you can get damaged by an aura of his magic attacks.

I think it’s a nice detail that some bosses are still given different burst moves on higher difficulties
