Tbh I think it’s very unhealthy for couples to login to each others social media (like Instagram etc), and the habit of checking phone is a very bad habit to have in a relationship. Especially if things are taken out of context. It also reduces the excitement to tell each other about things because your partner would’ve seen it also on your telegram or Instagram Coz they’re also logged in on it.
My bf have my passwords and vice versa but we don’t check each others phones. It’s more of for convenience like sometimes he can help me to reply chats etc. but not for “checking” purposes.

There is the question and courtesy of respecting the privacy of others. If I send a message to a friend to help a common colleague over some personal issues I don't expect my conversation to be read by the receiver's partner. Thats common sense.
25:30 about what Dan said, you should only trust your gut if you don't happen to have some obsessive/intrusive thoughts. I have seen plenty of people so convinced by their "gut" that something is going on, when nothing is actually going on, and it leads them to do very psychotic/obsessive things. If the person is an overthinker, I would say their gut is most of the time wrong lol.

checking ur partner's phone is unhealthy, but using ur partner's phone is ok. i think there's a fine line between using ur partner's phone, maybe help with some things that can only be accessed through his phone and checking it where you excessively go through their messages - without them knowing / without telling them.
And also, when you all share everything right from the beginning and after that one starts to hide / check your phone, you know something fishy is going on and a major red flag.
But the point where you start finding things weird, n u have to check your partner's phone (or ur partner starts looking through ur phone), tha is a major red flag to just leave. Most of the time they are on the brink of looking for new partner or already have one :")
