Samuel, do you have any thoughts about the upcoming changes to EPCs requiring properties to be C or higher by 2025? Could be expensive for older properties
I've just seen a huge ex school hall 9 bedroom house. Massive living space and huge hall style ceiling to the roof in the main school hall. I expected the epc to be E as it would take a day to heat up I expect but it was a C? So confused

You know a high EPC rating is good right? An A rating is 92+; the higher the score, the better

Listed buildings do not require an EPC.
EPC test is quite flawed.
Move to NI, no council tax here.
