I think people think trucks either just shouldn't exist or they should not obey the laws of physics. Maybe you could have a little awareness when driving or good luck getting your stuff without trucks on the road.
The same person saying "Why are all these trucks allowed on the road?" would be the same person saying "Why isn't the crap I want on the shelves of the supermarket?" I like seeing trucks on the road. The more freight you see being moved, the better the economy is going.
What's really fun is that if you look at the paperwork that started the interstate system, it was to 'facilitate commerce' meaning the highway was BUILT FOR TRUCKS. Feel lucky everyone else gets to use that highway.
Happened to me in stop and go traffic. After he hit me his claimed he was tailgating me because the car behind him was too close and his brakes were not working right. I insisted we get on the shoulder to exchange info. Oddly, because I had the drawbar in my hitch receiver the only damage was to his shiny bumper. Not a scratch on my 30 year old Thunderbird. I told him that if he moved before a mobile mechanic came I was calling the police. I also called the company that owned the trailer to inform them the driver was incompetent.
Then slow down and let the truck go on most trucks are governed and it really pisses drivers off when you pass them to run 1-2 mile per hour faster than what there truck is governed at because then they have no way to get around you and have to keep riding the breaks to keep from hitting you
23. World Against Truckers. I say this with all respect. You have serious anger management issues. There is no way you are getting into all these confrontations without any culpability on your part. Seek some type of therapy.
That's the prick formerly known as Pickle and other names. His original channel disappeared about 2 years ago. In it you could see his criminal style of driving complete with the audio of his profane and vulgar attacks on others including an exorbitant amount of women. I figure he gets into these confrontations continuously because he's well known to other truckers. And they remember him and serve him a good dose of revenge. He's yelled at people in truck stops at the fueling island, inside at the cashier, at loading docks. He's tailgated people up off ramps then rear-ended them. He's also worked for about 5 different companies that I've noticed which is a good indication of his popularity wherever he goes. Hell he once had to drive an Uber. Can you imagine getting him as your driver?
@daisydomergue9047 That reminds me of some of the dudes I worked with. We had to ban a guy from the site because when we told him that he needed to.wait because we printed the wrong shipping paperwork, he took off. Then when my boss confronted him, they got into a shouting match and the guy threatened to drop the trailer right in the middle of our in/out drive. I'm surprised this Pickle guy keeps getting hired. You'd think he'd be blacklisted after all the shit he's done.
I don't know any trucking company or independent truck driver that doesn't have at least one dash cam. Brake checkers or drivers who cut off truckers (intentionally or not) are going to be found at fault 99% of the time.
Yeah that is my take as well....Trucks are usually owned by a company, that has a company logo, doing crazy stuff in a company car with company logo is just begging to be fired. If i were in a situation with a trucker, where he did some crazy stuff i can guarantee you the company would get a strongly worded e-mail with a link to the video of what their driver did.
sometimes when I feel id like to drive CDL A for more pay, its videos like these that make me glad to stay CDL B. They can stop faster, have better visibility, local, and far less stressful than maneuvering a 100,000lb, 40 ft truck in tight city streets, low bridges, crazy brake checkers, etc. Making another 10-20k just aint worth it but massive respect to the men and women who do the work that runs the nation
#6 - It is the passing vehicle's responsibility to pass and pass quickly and safely. If someone is being a jerk and playing games, do the smart and courteous (to the vehicles behind you) and pull in behind the jerk. If you have to, stop at the next opportunity and get away from them.
@@anitabath6118 Something you should consider before you begin a pass. You don't start to pass and then realize "Oh good god, I screwed this up." Then it's too late.
#8 5:30 This is wild. Cammer gets annoyed at abrupt cut off from the truck and then decides its safer to drive into oncoming traffic rather than brake and then cuts off said truck. You cant make this shit up.
Thank God i live in a normal country, where trucks are forbidden to pass each other at 2-lane highways. The moment i see a truck hogging the left lane, going 70 km/h in a 140 km/h limit, i report them to the police and they get a pretty hefty fine.
I’ve done cost-to-cost drives many times while in the military. The turtle races are super common and you anticipate certain companies as just being horrible drivers.
Some of these truckers are just a-holes like #16, not letting anyone in front, on purpose. I have respect for truckers. They help the world go around, but that doesn't mean the world revolves around them and some of them act like it does.
I get being mad about someone pulling into a space that tight when you're driving a big truck, it forces you to follow too close. But flooring it to prevent them is even more dangerous because you're tailgating someone else and your foot is off the brake.
#20: SO you admit you slowed down, then say you didn't do anything wrong?? Every truck driver has a 4 wheeler as well, and you know damn good and well that when you come up on 2 semis side by side doing the same speed, that it's intentional. You can't hold up the passing lane then pretend to be a victim of ANYTHING.
I have one uncle that drives a semi. I have another that hates driving near semis. I love the arguments and banter. Both are right for wrong reasons and wrong for right reasons. Hilarious 😂
I think he was saying the other truck sped up. That’s a really sucky thing to do but the cammer should have just gone back down to 65 or 60 and hope that the other truck keeps going.
6. One being passed. As long as you're passing, then I'm not mad. I might get frustrated if it's taking awhile, but as long as progress happens, I'm good. What makes me mad is Semi changes lanes last second to pass, cutting me off rather than wait for me to pass. If one being passed decides to speed up, fuck that guy. It's a dick move to prevent someone from passing
As in the 1st clip Trucker/dashcammer had an excellent clip both for support/understanding by the viewer and for police to warn or issue tickets to the driver .............. *until* trucker proved to everyone they're just as dangerous.
The problem is that truck driving is a revolving door these days. All the big companies would rather train new drivers and get to pay them peanuts rather than pay a proper wage to an experienced driver. The new drivers realize they aren't making any money and either get into a predatory lease or leave the career because there's too many drivers. Now these companies are scraping the bottom of the barrel of the least employable people to sucker into the job. You don't care about losing a new job that pays like crap.
Trucks shouldn't be governed to do under the posted soeed limit at least. Now when i drove and a governed truck was passing me i just let off throttle. Hes gonna pass anyway so why shouldn't i help the flow of traffic?
@@AccountInactive Actually in Arkansas with atrocious road conditions thanks to cross state trucks going from Memphis to Dallas and poor road management by the state legislature. Only state I've experienced worse in is MS. Our horrible rail management as a country is part of the problem. to be fair #6 you clearly don't actually have the passing power, so sit in the right lane and stop being a road block. Fine if the guys doing 50 and u hit 70 to pass him fair game but clearly he's doing 65-68mph and you're attempting to pass him to do 2-5 mph more, like bro stop being a Road baby.
I just completed a 4th 2400 mile round trip in a car driving mostly on interstates. I rarely got to maintain top speed for very long because of semis passing semis. The one that gets me the most is, I'm doing 6 over the speed limit and am in the passing lane. I start to go past a semi with nobody behind me for a long ways and they whip in front of me causing me to have to brake hard. I understand the anger. With that said, brake checking is so childish.
You're not seeing what happened just before that in these videos where a lot of these truckers drive in the left hand lane and don't give a shit about anyone other than themselves
Nah I’m not going to agree with that. Don’t act like car/suv drive act like angels. These videos are proof of that. Plus experience should be a better lesson. Ask yourself, how many idiots in cars cut you off? Brake checked you? Or just was plain stupid?
@@terryrobertson111 That's irrelevant to their thought. It doesn't matter what the trucker did beforehand. Brake checking a semi or any other vehicle for that matter, is objectively wrong and a very stupid and dangerous thing to do. It's reckless driving. Two wrongs don't make a right.

LOL @The Province of Bad Quebec Drivers; truly a gem of a dashcam video collection. Definitely recommend the Montreal to Ottawa/Gatineau corridor, either side of the river for maximum 'fun', as most drive it like racetrack.
As a truck driver in Australia this type of driving is rare, it's incredibly frustrating when others on the road lack consideration. Whether it's a fellow trucker cutting you off or a car driver overtaking only to slow down, these actions can make an already tough job even harder and more dangerous. Despite these challenges, moments of road camaraderie-like a helpful signal or a friendly wave-can make all the difference and remind us of the positive side of our work.
The people intentionally cutting off and brake checking semis or other vehicles probably have sad, pathetic lives, and it's the one thing they can do to try and make themselves feel powerful and in control.
I think it went the same way as the CB. Back in the day nearly all trucks had CBs and it helped create community and comradery. They could warn each other of delays/accidents, roadblocks/roadwork, bad weather/road conditions, not to mention contacting LE, advising of mechanical issues, using good-natured banter with each other, and just talking to another person. Everyone, including the motoring public, was safer back then!
I think, if I was an American trucker and faced with a brake-checker, I would treat it as a potential hijack and juist go straight on without slowing down and report it to the police as a potential hijack.
#16 should have cdl taken away. Driving that close just to keep a car from getting in front of you? No room for your childish ego on the roads. You gonna hurt someone.
In my city, there's large signs that caution you to Not get inside of a semi/trailer combo at a round about. Trailer uses up the left lane if there's two lanes.
i drove semi's for 30 years and never let up if someone break checked me....and i never hit anyone either ....my cruze was set at 60 and i had no collision avoidance system... from what i see today the break checkers are more willing to die now...AKA dumber! the dash cams are a great asset today... and dead people cant lie.
On the 2 semis the one on the right is the one I call the state police on IMMEDIATELY and give them the mile marker drop back behind him and wait. State police love to remove these youngsters from the road with a long inspection and a KILLER **driving recklessly** ticket, sending them back to, "TY for choosing Burger King how may I take your order" LOL As for most drivers they don't know the differences & similarities between a Merge and a Yield sign but I'll say it here, Merge , you may have to Yield to a stop to get on the right away, which you are trying to get on. We don't have to slow or change lanes to let you on and in most cases that is more dangerous for a semi to do. Yield is self explanatory, you are to tap the brakes and look back whether traffic is coming or not This INCLUDES SEMI DRIVERS (since your not professional) & don't know the law At 9:39 YOU blew right through a Yield sign your fault NOT his
There's a clear common denominator here - every single clip in this video features at least one person who has a grownup body and the maturity of a 5-year-old.

I'd say about 85% of these were people thinking they can get those trucking companies to pay out some big bucks for a rear-end accident. But those truckers are watching for y'all & nearly everyone is cammed out now.
I'm no multi-decade veteran, but I have been driving 16 years PROFESSIONALLY. That word, professional, is lost these days on most drivers. It's not like ya gotta continuously suffer the fools, so when it does happen, there's only one PROFESSIONAL action to take: let off the gas, prioritize safety, and let the little children take their imaginary 1st place ribbon. Any other action is just being as childish as them. Period.
3:40 the max is 70..... if you can't go even a single mile over the speed limit just stay out of the passing lane please. If the speed limit is 70 it is PERFECTLY reasonable for people to be going 70-80
I'm a trucker, and it's a big responsibility, we are considered professionals and shouldn't fall into shit like that with stupid drivers, one small mistake can be fatal for many other drivers that want to get home safely to their families.
#8 you couldn't BE more wrong...turned when the lane wasn't clear for you to enter it, turned into the furthest lane when you shouldn't have, cut off the truck that wouldn't have been cut off if you waited your turn to turn right, the truck HAD his signal on and you "complained to use his signal"...dude you need to cut up your license and take the bus.
Truckers run this country, and they are also about 100x larger than my vehicle. Get out of their way and let them deliver your goods and you can make it to the store safely so that you can buy said goods.
4. A pickup can't force a semi off the road. He intimidated the truck driver. 20. Yes, he did something wrong. It's called camping in the left lane or a rolling roadblock.
Why is it that because truckers are "going the speed limit" they think it gives them the right to camp in the left lane for miles and miles and miles? Once you pass the first vehicle, move over and let the faster moving traffic go. You're just begging to get road raged!
Well I can't speak for other drivers, but I can speak for myself. I sometimes find it VERY difficult to get 4 wheelers to let me into the left lane to pass a slower truck. Knowing this, when I DO finally get into the left lane, I'm going to make damn sure there isn't ANOTHER slow truck up ahead that I'll get stuck behind for miles because nobody will let me over again. So stop driving like a twerp and let truck drivers pass other vehicles and then they'll be less likely to camp out for miles when they finally get to see the left lane.
You know what ? Here in Europe when passing or being passed by trucks on multi lane roads we flash our indicators alternate sides to let the passing vehicle know its safe for him to pull in to the lower lane he normally then repeats the same signal to say thanks. that's just respect for other road users

@@Hazzmatt4 What are you responding to? My comment is aimed at the cammer, the guy in the truck... you don't seem to be talking about the same video that I am.
@@rooh5825 I was agreeing with you, sorry it came across that way. I am saying the cammer is the problem, if you can’t pass don’t try, all you do is antagonize other drivers that could be well on their way.
I'm more impressed with the amount of mental and physical restraint these truckers have.
People who think trucks shouldn’t exist… should try swimming to Bangladesh for their cheap crap.
This would improve the gene pool 😉
What's really fun is that if you look at the paperwork that started the interstate system, it was to 'facilitate commerce' meaning the highway was BUILT FOR TRUCKS. Feel lucky everyone else gets to use that highway.
@@Firedrake1313 Yep. The rest of us are lucky that the highways aren't run like the railroads, where freight is king.
20. YOU DON'T GET TO BLOCK PEOPLE OFF YOU ARE NOT THE POLICE
💯
I agree with the people upset being tailgated by a 70 ft long truck that can’t stop quickly.
Then slow down and let the truck go on most trucks are governed and it really pisses drivers off when you pass them to run 1-2 mile per hour faster than what there truck is governed at because then they have no way to get around you and have to keep riding the breaks to keep from hitting you
#6 if you can't pass, back out of it and fall behind. Get out of the left lane.
Doesn't help that the ass in the right lane sped up to not allow him to pass!! That was a BS move.
Uh... guess you missed a key part of that interaction. "Can't pass" ≠ "Won't allow you to pass"

That's Pickle. He's ALWAYS thought he can do no wrong
2:27 what happens if instead of honking like an idiot, you just lift slightly off the throttle and let the guy merge?
For sure 😂
Who would you say is at fault in the end
I don't know any trucking company or independent truck driver that doesn't have at least one dash cam. Brake checkers or drivers who cut off truckers (intentionally or not) are going to be found at fault 99% of the time.
most brake checkers don't think that hard.
Should be getting a fine like$ 1000 on showing te dashcam film to the cops
sometimes when I feel id like to drive CDL A for more pay, its videos like these that make me glad to stay CDL B.

3:44. I call those turtle races. They can go on for miles blocking the hwy.
I call them douche bags.
Left lane should get tf over and stop blocking traffic if his truck can’t pass other vehicles in the passing lane.
Definitely. But the truck getting passed had an ego thing because he sped up
Agreed it’s frustrating. If your truck is limited to 70 then maybe you shouldn’t be in the left lane.
You can't hold up the passing lane then pretend to be a victim of ANYTHING.
yeah, I was buying it, until he stayed in the left lane to pass another truck instead of moving over to let traffic clear.
Right! Wonder if the same truckers that complain about “4 wheelers” are the ones who drive their big rigs like a car?
Exactly!!! This guy is not super bright.

#6 Why are you trying to pass if you are governed at the same speed? 1/2mph isn't worth it just slow down.
I think he was saying the other truck sped up. That’s a really sucky thing to do but the cammer should have just gone back down to 65 or 60 and hope that the other truck keeps going.
OH! Truckers Only! Woot!! ....wait, lemme get my coffee....

The problem is that truck driving is a revolving door these days. All the big companies would rather train new drivers and get to pay them peanuts rather than pay a proper wage to an experienced driver.
The new drivers realize they aren't making any money and either get into a predatory lease or leave the career because there's too many drivers.

People are crazy? I ride a motorcycle and drive a mini. I would never brake check something that could make me a splat on the road.
I will never understand people who think that brake checking a semi is a good idea...ugh

Road rage videos like this make me grateful for safe and courteous drivers.
The people intentionally cutting off and brake checking semis or other vehicles probably have sad, pathetic lives, and it's the one thing they can do to try and make themselves feel powerful and in control.
Your videos are a highlight of my day. Keep up the amazing work! 🎉
I bet that driver had to change his shorts after that truck lost his brakes & damn near hit him head on.
6:00 I see that the legendary brotherhood of truckers no longer exists. 😟

State police love to remove these youngsters from the road with a long inspection and a KILLER **driving recklessly** ticket, sending them back to, "TY for choosing Burger King how may I take your order" LOL
As for most drivers they don't know the differences & similarities between a Merge and a Yield sign but I'll say it here, Merge , you may have to Yield to a stop to get on the right away, which you are trying to get on.

Actually it isn't the speed limit applies to all lanes so doing more than 70 in the overtaking lane will still get you fined
Brake checking a semi is just about one of the stupidest ideas imaginable.
This happens a lot when one truck passes another at 1 or 2 mph difference. I always used to take it out of cruise and let the other guy go.
When trucks battle it out, even the road takes a deep breath!
It really takes a special kind of stupidity to brake check an 18 wheeler.
I'm a trucker, and it's a big responsibility, we are considered professionals and shouldn't fall into shit like that with stupid drivers, one small mistake can be fatal for many other drivers that want to get home safely to their families.
First video... cue the shenanigans
First 3 videos - the truck drivers need to get their licenses revoked.
Truckers run this country, and they are also about 100x larger than my vehicle. Get out of their way and let them deliver your goods and you can make it to the store safely so that you can buy said goods.
Even truck drivers are getting sick of how each other drive 😂
27 had the pucker factor on high..Helluva great piece of driving...
#13, if you have a governor on your truck, stay out of the left lane. There wasn't any traffic ahead and a lot of traffic had to pass on the right??
It’s amazing that 4-wheel drivers are so sensitive to brake check a truck driver, let alone a truck driver to another driver.
And all this time I thought those other drivers were letting me know that I was #1. Sigh AND smh.
4. A pickup can't force a semi off the road. He intimidated the truck driver.
20. Yes, he did something wrong. It's called camping in the left lane or a rolling roadblock.
Some real silly people a semi can't stop on the dime
When watching these with my Nibblings I always tell them; “it doesn’t matter who is right or wrong, the Semi ALWAYS wins” I love that enjoy dash cam videos, as they are learning so much about driving before they even drive.
