Nice one, Jim! I spent some years working in Dorset and this sort of cider was known as "falling down water" because it made your legs stop working! 🤣🤣
I always find its one of those ones where you sit down drinking it for hours, not really feeling too pissed, but as soon as you stand up you are hammered!
I bet you are really looking forward to your first glass of that ! Glad your wrist is getting better too. As you said, another good reason to find another job !
Looking good Jim, seemed about the right amount of sugar to me, to be honest when you make the 21% stuff that takes 8kg of sugar for 20L! Also i shall be uploading our tomcat 2 crossbow shooting contest (from last year) in a bit.
I've seen your turbo yeast poor man's vodka, that is some seriously potent stuff! Does it taste ok? Excellent I'd forgotten again about the tomcat contest, I'll see if it's there!
@@jim.m75 if you make that poor mans vodka to the full instructs it has a very mild flavour and very similar to watered down vodka (you ever had 20% Vodkat its very much like that) , perfect for mixing with stuff or as its intended, for distilling.

Can't wait zed, I'll be honest it's not to everybody's taste and I can see why but I love the stuff!
I started mine a few days ago and looking forward to the results! Thank you for sharing what you do! New sub here..lol. I hope your hand is better!
Cheers Sunny I'm pleased you enjoyed it! Arthritis I'm afraid so it comes and goes. Good luck with the scrumpy!
AHH man it looks bloody tasty. Scrumpy was my drink of choice then I got old and it kills me now ( Acid reflux). Hope it turns out for you Jim.
Tactical you have my deepest sympathy! Could you crunch on a few rennie with each pint or pig out on yoghurt for hours beforehand maybe?
@@jim.m75 I eat Rennie like sweets as it is Jim . Serves me right for finding it sooo morish over the years
