This Is HOW THEY TREAT YOU In Jordan 🇯🇴 هكذا يعاملونك في الأردن

  • While exploring the streets of Amman, I had to try some more local tastes. So we stopped by this very famous place called "Hashem" in the downtown part of the city. Since entrance, we have been offered free falafel and people have been super nice and always smiling. In such places, you do not really need English when the locals just smile and welcome you to their country.
In this video, you will enjoy different tastes of the Jordan and as well as the great hospitality of people. Enjoy and let me know your thoughts in the comments! :)

What you keep forgetting its name is called in Arabic "motabbal'... in Labanese they call it baba khannouj.... This dish is made of roasted black eggs (obergein)... And is seasoned with limon juice, salt, Taheni, and generous extra vergin olive oil

From what I know, Motabbal and Baba Ghanoush are different.
Motabbel has tahini in it while Baba Ghanoush doesn't.
I work in a restaurant and we have both.

    • @Sami_f_AL-Hamdan
      @Sami_f_AL-Hamdan 2 ปีที่แล้ว

@@DarkFuryKH we do it in both ways.... I like it more with tahini.... My wife like it more without tahini.... Either way, if the egg plants are fresh, white inside, little seeds... They will be delecious in either way you do the motabbal with it. Make sure to add the correct proportions of limon juce, salt, garlic, and top the plate with some choped parsly and olive oil

    Welcome to jordan bro.
Many delicious foods to try in jordan.
The hummus, foul (fava beans) and such plates are called mazze, There are dozens of different mazze plates,
Those plates are shared with all on the table.
It's not a common way to eat,
So i thought you should know a things about the etiquette of eating mezze. it's not a big deal really, you can eat however you want but this is how we do it
Since the plates are shared you should eat only of your side of the plate.
Don't lick your fingers and put it in the plate again.
You also shouldn't bite the bread and dipping it again, you eat the whole thing.
Mixing the plate contents isn't preferable.
    That's about it really
Also falafel goes really well with hummus
    They always come together

Jordan is relatively safe. You might hear about crimes every now and then, but it is your normal daily crime report I suppose. If you want to consider the safest amongst the middle east that title would go to gulf countries: UAE, Saudi, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. Lebanon is not considered as safe as Jordan in my opinion. There are occasians in which many disputes occur whether it is an internal conflict or an external one. In general, nowadays lebanon is alright to visit and I do wish the best for its people.

the whole world uses arabic numerals as the standard numeral system

Kingdom of Boredom - that is it’s open nickname. I had a most horrible time in Amman, my shade of skin colour was too dark for the stuck up people of Amman. So would zero recommend this place if you are wheat coloured, also is dangerous for solo females. In my unfortunate miserable visit I think I properly liked three individuals, teenage girls from the poor Palestinian quarters, such lovely warm hearted girls a pity I never crossed paths with them at the beginning of my trip. Had I, would have spent most of my time in those quarters. As for one rotten shop keeper male selling cars in the posh area he purposely pointed me to the opposite direction of the shopping mall in the searing hit - a haram act, horrible person!! Place still leaves a disgusting taste in my mouth and I had to endure a lengthy period there. The rich kids drag race in super cars like Ferraris and tend to be ill mannered. They also treat Egyptians badly there probably also because of their darker skin.
