A single player game means they’re probably keeping it similar to their previous games. Another team-based game is not a good idea, and I’m sure they know that
Nothing Rocksteady will ever make will be similar to the older games. The studio is not the same one that made the Arkham games. It's important to remember that most of the people who created those games have since left the studio and been replaced by others.
I mean... the current atmosphere at wb under zaslav is basically do stuff that doesn't make consumers happy or maybe try to get a tax rightoff.
So, I actually kinda believe this.
Wb recently has been very dumb... except for godzilla and their documentaries for some weird reason.
Zazlav was right to cancel the embarrassing Batgirl movie. Since then he's hired James Gunn and the future looks better.

If Rocksteady wants fans back, make an open world game with Arkham Superman and Batman meeting for the first time, and maybe at the end the JLA is formed. Use the hard hitters correctly. I personally think a Superman game would be their saving grace, but I feel like they’ll make it with spite since we didn’t like what they wanted to make. So idk if I even want them to make it 😂 now thinking about it.
It sucks that people forget that we control everything basically, we could easily stop consuming a certain product, say what we want and they have to deliver or set company fails

They may not be working on it but it is still Arkham Batman -- one of the most iconic depictions of Batman that they've created.
I believe it given how society has been in almost all fields the last 8ish years this lunacy is almost the norm now.
This is plausible cause of how they implemented loot boxes into Shadow of War.
Shadow of war was also WBs last game to use the nemesis system. Wonder woman is said to use the nemesis system.
If i remember right, in shadow of war the loot boxes got you different types of orcs. Im assuming you wont be building an army in Wonder woman, so id wager they are going to maybe to try and sell you gear in wonder woman.
Or who knows, maybe in wonder woman you are building an army of amazons or something.
I remember reading that in the WW game you would have to build an army to fight back against whichever invading force they said it was to take back Themiscyra.
So basically just Shadow of War with a DC skin.
this is crazy. Suicide squad to me didn’t fail because it was a live service game but because the base foundation of the game was not good. If they turn wonder woman into a live service game I might actually be done with WB

I don’t believe this is going to happen. Not because I think Warner Bros. will realize that games as a service isn’t going to work. I don’t believe they’d be brave enough to attempt to make a Justice League game

I don't believe it, but based on our feedback being disregarded, I worry this may happen. I would take a Batman and Superman single-player game though. Batman would be vulnerable and give the game a challenge and Superman would be free to be a powerhouse.
I think what they mean by you only have Batman and super man is that you unlock the different members throughout the game

If they weren’t pushed to make a suicide squad game they could’ve made the story about Batman saving the justice league from brainiacs control and when you save a new member you get to play as them either after the campaign or whenever you actually get them
The four Arkham games (Asylum, City, Origins, and Knight) are fantastic (though of course every one of these games have their flaws, like all games), they are very popular, and they all sold massively. So why not just give us what they game us then, superb single player games with stories and situations like those in the comics, and KEEP THE HEROES THE SAME AS THEY ARE IN THE COMICS. We don't want our heroes to be altered, we want Batman, Superman, Spiderman, Wonder Woman, etc to be the characters that we grew up with, and we want great, single player games where we fight as them in exciting situations against the forces of evil.
What else needs to be said?

All I've ever wanted is a remaster/remake of Arkham origins an it feels horrible knowing that it will never happen because of wb. I'd give anything to see that happen.
A Batman and Superman adventures game set after Arkham knight would be fire, have a bigger populated Gotham, and metropolis, have Batman and Superman feel like playing 2 different games, it’s highly possible, but they are scared it could fail
I will never give WBD a penny, nothing but a horrific company that’s very little interest to what the fans want and because of that won’t be giving them a freaking penny!!!!
Not surprised by this, it’s not the only recent example of WB ruining games using their IP. Just look at MultiVersus. If the devs were allowed to cook with little to no intervention from WB, we’d probably have some great games coming out of the WB games studios lately.

These are very clearly fake leaks, but I will say if this was given to a good set of riders maybe some of that could work.
If the clone theory turned out to be true, it could be interesting seeing the justice league have to regain the public trust after the majority of the world believes their greatest heroes have committed global atrocities.
They could use insomniac as an example of that its not the future

Single player games & live service games are the SAME THING, one just has ongoing support through monetization.
Avengers, suicide squad, anthem are the same as Batman Arkham knight, Spider-Man 2018, and god of war raganarok. One is just super sponges and has terrible progression
How on earth would they do a multiplayer live service justice league game with only 2 members playable at launch that doesn’t make sense. I don’t want a justice league game to be live service but like if they are gonna do it why make it only 2 playable characters at launch

Look, I still love Suicide Squad. The story and gameplay, and DLC, not that live service bullshit. And I would be delighted to play a Batman and Superman Arkham game... As Long as those Dumbass execs get it through their fucking skulls and not make this game live service.
