This track is originally from Super Mario World Central's Vanilla Level Design Context 9 (SMWC VLDC9), and was used for the Abstract Map, holding contest levels which used vanilla (non-custom) assets to make abstract/surreal levels. It's also a complete fucking banger and one of the best pieces of music written for the SNES.
ACTUALLY the original track is 炎色鳥 - Can You Feel by Torchkas, can easily be found on Soundcloud.
