- MSC's Magnifica is a small ship compared to the mega-ships cruise lines are pumping out these days. But is that a bad thing? You may not be aware of all surprises they cram onboard... we certainly weren't. It might be time to consider small cruise ships again.

Just got back from our first MSC cruise on the Magnifica …we were very impressed by MSC and had an awesome experience! The theater shows were probably the best we’ve seen on a cruise ship! The food was amazing! Probably the best cruise ship buffet! I was surprised at how smooth everything went from the beginning to end. There were more comfortable places for us to just sit and relax on this ship than probably any other ship I’ve ever been on! We will definitely use MSC again! As always, we love watching y’all’s videos and they definitely helped us decide to try MSC!

We would like to sail on this ship. But we have so many we want to sail on. We are hoping that once MSC has their Terminal complete in Galveston, we will get some smaller ships we can cruise on out of there as well as out of the ports they already have.
Galveston will open up a lot of options!
Really a beautiful ship, but it’s a definite change from larger ships. Chris absolutely loved it!
I do love the midsized ships. I'd love them to visit some of the nonstandard cruise ports. I don't always need the ship to be the destination and I enjoy Ocean Cay much better with a ship the size of Magnifica rather then the size of the Seascape size. How did you get Kitty to behave today?

Yes, I do wish their smaller ships would do different ports… one downside to them being newer to this market.

We usually tip room stewards at the end and depending on service but anywhere from $20-$60
Old ship. Going on a 7 day in June. Don't want bells and whistles. I do want good shows. The sports bar looks sweet. Booked an interior room to save some coin...
That’s what we do to… get an inside room and you can spend more money on experiences 😊😊

I was worried about the size of the ship. But sounds like it’s really nice. We love Vista class ship Horizon and breakaway class ships. So would you upgrade from inside to balcony for around 300.00? Love the info
Hi Greg. It doesn’t have the bells and whistles of bigger ships but we loved what it had and enjoyed games and got to chill a bit.
If that is for a week… I would do it for sure! It might have just been our cabin but the inside was so warm I had a hard time. Balcony for sure 👍🏻
@@Taste-Try-Travel your videos and your podcasts definitely helped us make our decision to book the Magnifica. Also helps MSC has the best pizza and private island at sea. We just want to chill and relax vacation. We were trying to make Seashore work on the June23.
