How IPS Kuldeep Singh, others framed me in Avtar Gola case? I spent years incarcerated,for no fault?

In this video Gurmeet Singh Pinky, ex CIA inspector in Punjab police is explaining about the circumstances leading to his framing in the Avtar Singh Gola case of Ludhiana. Pinky who spent several years incarcerated later on and went on to complete his term shares how IPS lobby within Punjab Police led by then SSP Ludhiana Kuldeep Singh was instrumental and orchestrated his otherwise false framing into this case.
Pinky informs that since he would not allow Kuldeep Singh IPS to have his friend a DCP in New Delhi police meet Jagtar Singh Hawara after latter's arrest by Pinky, the IPS officer went awry and framed Pinky in this case which led him to spent several years of his life in Jail. A sulking Pinky goes on to challenge the IPS Kuldeep Singh while enumerating several serious crimes that were committed at the behest of the officer. Gurmeet Singh Pinky is known to be an encounter specialist who has to his credit neutralizing over 200 militants and terrorists in late 1980s till mid nineties and later on.
