I have one and it’s the most fun I’ve had on the street in a long time. It’s perfect for the Southern California canyons that I like to ride on that are close by.
Damn his enthusiasm really made me want to upgrade. Nice work. I’ve ridden it and although they claim it’s a completely different design it’s not enough to trade in for the 950 considering I’d be losing some of the beauty and raw features of the 821. A better option would be to add a monster or a Streetfighter IF you already own an 821 or 939. Just my opinion but that’s how I’d spend my money.
So I had an '03 cbr600rr. Then 1000rr Then '17 Yamaha r6. So now I recently purchased a 2020 hypermotard.. It keeps turning off while downshifting and is just have a different feeling. What am I doing wrong?? I mean I love it..but I Juat feel like I'm doing something wrong either riding, shifting or downshifting..any input will be appreciated..TIA
Thats not what cornering abs is for, its for the bike to keep the line in the corner when braking. BUT, if you set the abs to level 1 you can get the tail out a couple of degrees, and you can do stoppies...
I got the Dorsoduro 900 bc it was on sale. Literally $6500 out the door brand new. Put a full arrow with Decat and performance air filter on it and still only came to $7600. I’ll take that over a $15000 Hyper any day
Have you ever ridden the hyper? I tested the Dors9BC, great bike for sure, it’s an Aprilla after all. However, this Hyper is twice the bike hence the price. Almost and insult to this machine comparing it to a Dork 900 BC. But I digress, to each their own.
Alexander Joseph Yep. Owned two Hyper 1100's. Gone now. Bought a mint Ducati Sport Classic GT 1000 with the $5000 difference between the new Hyper and the Duke 890r. Great coffee shop bike.
Alexander Joseph Had two Hyper 1100's. Couldn't stand the ratty chain saw running of them in town below 4000 rpms. Dyno time and Powecommander did not fix it. Got rid of them. But bought a Ducati Sport Classic GT 1000 with the $5000 I saved on the Duke. Nice coffee shop bike!

Great job and love the enthusiasm brother !

I agree. Have a 939 and getting a Monster next
Bada Bing Bada Boom. The FRICKIN Ducati.

I got my 939, and it is so smooth to ride, at 3,4 gear ⚙️ you can forgettable to upshift at 60-80 km because of the powerful engine, so so great
I think you will find the CAT is in the exhaust under the bike not in the end cans...
Considering I had over 10g in a used xr650 after supermoto kit. That Ducatis a bargain
It's just not as purty as the 821/939. The beak on the 950 looks weird as well.
Actually the 950sp has cornering abs. Which allows you to slide around corners

@@paulandersson6120 I'll let you lads know when I have the talent to do either.............It'll be a long wait
Hey man, great vid. Have one on order here in NZ. Where is that tail tidy from?
Hamish Evans evotech or Rizoma
Hey Matty, how did you fix the number plate in that position? Great vid👍🏽
lots of nuts and bolts.... also some home depot bendy metal!
$17,000? I'll look for the 2008 1100 somewhere for less than half of that and just as fun if not more.
Beautiful from every angle, apart from the oil cooler 😮 Jesus Christ that looks disgusting 🤢
Love it
I got hypermotard RVE and paid 20k USD in Philippines..
Is this bike in kutztown pa.

Pretty sure the cats still on the bike. Just saying 🤷🏻♂️
That's what I thought!
I would take the Multistrada over the hyper mainly for the touring capabilities - City or track? Probably the Hypermotard
Great bike--except Duke 890R with more power and less weight and $5000 cheaper.
And not a Ducati hypermotard

@@tomtraynor5384 I have the same ratty chainsaw feeling on my 796 below 4000... was thinking it was my valves
I agree with all you said but that Duke just don't look anywhere as good, only Duke is the 1290R.
17k with no fuel gauge is just bs
