I think she has such a soft voice, most of the time people don't hear her. That she's being told she's too loud is what gets confusing for her.

Even on what happened on the Black Panther Wankada Forever trailer review, Korey offended Carlos, then Carlos and Chris verbally argued. Carlos and Chris eventually left.
