Japanese Lantern is a beautiful that can go into your Friendship quilt. It's relatively fast & easy to sew. Can't wait to see more of the blocks you make.

It is awesome that you complete those unfinished projects others couldn’t rather than leaving them in crafting limbo. Those are some vibrant fabrics. Great for working on in winter!

It wouldn’t be a Beth video without the relaxing guitar music and the sprinkling of the scraps 😊 Looking forward to seeing what you add.

A lovely block to add to this quilt and pretty fabric. I would like to see a grandmother’s fan added to the rescued quilt.

That is so awesome that you are completing an orphan project! It's not my colors but I like the variety of blocks the original maker started with and the one you added. I think it needs one or two more applique blocks to balance it out. Those bright prints would make some more pretty flowers or a dresden fan. Thanks for sharing!

A big posie block would be cute to add to your quilt. It’s made snowballing corners of all 4 of your main “petals.” The background fabric you snowball to just the 3 corners of each petal block and the 4th is snowballed with the middle of the posie. I hope you understand my crude description!

The fabric looks Norwegian, so maybe a simple Norway star block would be nice. Do you know the name of the print fabric? I love it. Thanks!

An Economy Block would use a minimal amount of the print fabric if you use it for the center square.
