Lenovo B50-70 - troubleshooting and +5vs line short Fix

How did U found that last capacitor? i have the same short on asus tuf fx505du ,on alc233 caps on pin 25 and caps on pin 41&46,all are on +5VS. Is it safe to inject voltage,if yes how much?? asking because this motherboard goes for cca600 euro,i dont wanna burn it...
