I used to own a house with a basement toilet that would back up when it rained hard. Old root busted clay pipes that would get water logged. Had to clean up messes a few times a year. That smell of a sanitary pipe. Ugh. I now live in a 2nd floor small apartment. No more crap to deal with. LOVE IT!!!!

Drainage systems are so different in NSW compared to Melbourne. Makes no sense to me to have a outlet in the middle of a lawn with grass growing over it. Will you make the access above ground?
