    This has got to be one of the best explanation’s of the takeaway I’ve seen. I have watched thousands and thousands of different clips, but this has to be the best thing yet. Thanks for explaining so well.

      Him and Coach are together this week. Vids to follow? It’d be great for Coach’s YT channel as well. Two best on YT imo

    “tummy button” into the lesson! Brilliant! Love the channel, going to give this a go…. Definitely struggle part of my swing

    Great video, de-mystifies a simple move. Good to see Mark in his instructional comfort zone recently and producing excellent content as result. Keep it up.

    Awesome… I’ve actually seen Matt Wolff’s coach do an extreme idea similar to this! It’s interesting how all these ideas are so linked with the physiology of the body. Love it Mark! Setting up for success made simple…

    I've been working on trying to figure out the perfect take away using checkpoints described on instructional videos and thought I had figured it out and Mark you have just confirmed it. Thank you. Wow what a long old road that was. Pheww.

    As you said it is sooo much easier but fixed a lot and explained why my faults catch me out on the comp rounds... it particularly gets my trail elbow in the correct position to release and hence I don't get cramped and block it! thanks heaps.

    The light bulb moment does happen! Do you have anything that might focus on how to blend the two or this just something someone has to develop over time? I subscribed to your newsletter, hopefully you go into depth about this.

    4:00. Yeah, that's me alright. Still was getting the path in to out, but quite at the expense of clubspeed. I think my swing thought mistake was being too focused on getting my lead wrist flexed asap in an ..ehrm.. wrong way. Getting a bit steeper is working well, adding a bit more speed and even fades (which was rare as my stock miss is an overdraw / straight hook)

  • @pederjensen7288
    @pederjensen7288 ปีที่แล้ว

    Yes- the basic backswing position is known - so yes, you can reach a "text book position". But when hitting a ball there are lots of more then this position, as this is only half way back and 3/4 of the swing is still left, where wrist/power must be created where the golfers add the funky moves to get power/time the golf swing.
    I could show 10 tiger woods positions in my swing, setting the position manually. But actually then hit a ball is something complete different where lots of more things happens in very few seconds

    The picking up first part doesn't make sense to me. I've seen the driving wheel drill where they tell you go rotate your hands left on the way back, and that produces a cupped trail wrist. I want one piece, least possible wrist moving action.

    I beg Matthew wolf ang Jim furyk would beg to differ...surely the answer should be working on trying to get the club back to the same position in the middle of the swing...not every golfer is the same, no? Mark, not calling on you as you have helped me massively since I've been watching you from the start...

    I’ve been trying to get my wife to try this forever; she picks her hand up and sways off the ball . My question is should I challenge her to a cage fight to get her to listen to this?
