Received my new iwata's WS 400 digital for Basecoat and Clear coat. I work for Axalta Automotive Coatings in South Africa and we used these spray guns at our training centre in Midrand South Africa. The training was conducted by our International trainer' Tony Mitchel and we were amazed at the paint finishes we got with these spray guns. Big thumbs 👍 up to Iwata
Iwata es calidad total pistolas de alta calidad y rendimiento;tiene un diseño súper hermoso y ergonomico que se adapta perfectamente a tu mano súper económica en ahorro de material
I just bought the wrong gun to shoot clear. Now I can't justify buying the correct one. I really wanted to treat myself to a nice gun since I'm enjoying painting more than I thought I would
That is a perfect description. I don't know what DeVillbiss was thinking with that eyesore. It looks like the engineers said, we need to make a futuristic Pro Lite without changing any of the engineering.....1year later..... Oh yeah! It needs a digital gauge too, you have two weeks before product launch.
Not to mention the DV1's gauge location makes the readings different than on the gun's inlet. So all of the standardized paint manufacturer's recommended settings don't work on the digital DV1, you have to put a traditional gauge on the bottom of the gun to get the right pressures, eventually you learn the conversion rates, maybe.
@@tylerc7545 It's basically a Pro Lite with a new air cap. They just gave the body a facelift to keep up with with the highly styled Super Nova and SATA 5000, 5500 & Phaser (designed by Porsche). The Pro Lite is a great gun but has fairly old styling. The DV1 is built on the successful design of the GTI / Tekna Pro Lite. The WS400 has lots of shared parts with other Iwata guns too.
@@davidparker9676 just a reminder remember the ANI spraygun made in Italy it looks similar to the ANI there is really nothing you can say bad about the DV1 gun adjustment is the key 🔑 to the DV1 you can't make the DV1 do what you want it to do , you got to do what the DV1 wants you to do

Anest iwata is trying to come up with a spraygun better than the LPH 400 XTREAM which is the best selling spraygun in the world / the new series 2 is based on the same technology that the LPH 400 has don't be fooled 🤔
@@anestiwatanews no problem I am soul on iwata I have a LPH 400 for 15 years and it spray like new unto this day / I switch from sata to iwata which is the best thing I ever did -- sorry to say the technology is base off the LPH 400 by the way I own eight iwata sprayguns -- I am going to purchase the series #2 thanks

@@anestiwatanews I guess I should expect no less from Iwata, requiring the user to constantly mess with the settings just to use their product. This video was narrated in English, the producers should have added subtitles or dubbed the audio. Once again, another example of tone-deaf marketing.

I don't if I missed this om the video, BUT what is the difference between ws400 vs Ls400?
They nailed the digital gauge on this it doesn’t look like a 1950’s TV set like on the DV1
