I think what you did to the seam seeler looks great I d just be careful with the wire wheel that you dont remove it from between the seems or youll have rust issues from water sitting between the metal. I'm sure you know this though.

next time, id recommend taking 80 grit sand paper roughing up the engine bay before applying the aircraft stripper. apply thick coats and itll take it off in one go. Makes life easier 👍
The stuff in the fender that connects to the exhaust is the aiv system. It's used to heat the cats on cold starts for emissions. They got rid of them in 1993 so proves how useful it is.
Jz power steering reservoir goes on the opposite side of the car. I would recommend before shaving or filling any holes to plant the 2j in and see what you need or don’t need. Also, are you planning on relocating the battery? If so get rid of the battery tray.
The junk in the wheel wells are the AIV, there is a unit on each side. You can tear all that out. Also, take note of the small plate on the firewall covering the area where the clutch master would go. Just pop that plate off. Should only be sealer holding it on. All the holes for clutch install are already there under the plate. You don't need to swap the gas or brake pedals out. You can just use a grinder to trim the brake pedal to the size of one in a 5 speed car and then slip a rubber pedal cover on it. I mounted my P/S reservoir under the front nose panel on the driver side, since that is where the RB P/S pump is.
I dont know what the instructions say but I should probably look into if its some type of acid in it. And if there is, maybe clean the bay with some water mixed with baking soda to neutralizethe acid so there wont be any acid left to ruin the paint.
It is acidic but the paint stripper is designed to eat away at paint and such. Shouldn’t effect spot welds... they’re metal after all. Maybe the seam sealer but welds? Nah. I used it on my car before I painted it and it turned out fine

That is going to look so awesome when you get done with it you are so awesome at what you do and I put the motor out of my 1992 s10 and so it was easy at first but then it got hard but I did not care because it was so fun but I'm going to miss that motor in my s10 but I'm putting a 305 in it

@@Matt_Lanzer_13 I get if you were to take it to a shop but I have a sand blaster at the house I is it strip a lot of thing so I guess it person dependant I'm not harshing on the striper cause it a good tool but when you blast it you can paint almost right away is why I suggested as an idea
my engine bay is completely shaved, you can remove the brackets and smooth them down with a disc and then you can just tap holes for power steering and either helicoil it or just make threads. all depends on what you’re comfortable with.

Top of the passenger side fender tub is for the top bleeder for the slave on manuals

It can be designed to just rinse off with regular water but I haven't done any reasearch.

Z32 engine harness are a bi@$c getting replaced. Try pulling harness inside of cabin. Still have to widen hole a little not cutting tho.
