how is the battery after 10 years?
I can't answer for this car however I've owned a CT200 and a RX400H in the past and they were both reliable. I think if you regularly maintain it should be fine
I have the premium 300H 2014 and after 90K KM and 6 years the battery replaced by the dealer for free and now i am on 160K KM and still going strong .
I replacing my fluids and filters alone and you need to service the Dif and Trans vevry 60-80K KM if you want to reach more then 300K .
Suspention parts start break after 10 years so get ready to replace Bushings and upper control arms + tie rods
