Love the new BR system. Had really balanced matches so far at BR3. Definitely better than last month's almost constant Berlin matches. Only a single time in past days of playing multiple hours saw me put into BR5 for some reason xD Wouldn't really have noticed if it weren't have been for the King Tiger II H in front of my P4J.
7:15, MG42 i see new MM is working as intended LOL (or is that a tank mounted MG?). I personally played one BR1 match and was really disappointed since i joined a BR2 lobby with Soviets spamming T-50, rocket planes and PPS-43 it just sucked. Maybe as Americans you can have actual BR1 vs BR1 matches with only a few rare BR2 players.
MG42 in DDay map is the ones in bunkers and nests you can find throughout the map. 👌🏼 For German BR1 to see T50s and rocket planes that are BR1 and BR2 (I-153 with RBS rockets, Hurricane with ROS rockets both are BR1 planes and only IL2 with RBS rockets in BR2) is perfectly OK with matchmaking, cuz it is 1-2. Germans have Potez and IAR with 200kg and 250kg bombs. And I'd say bombs are more effective than Rockets.
So far I like it much more than it was before. BR1 seems playable and BR4 suddenly is quite good :) Well, and hopefully mostly BR3 should not run into BR5 no more :)
Because it’s a soft rule. If there’s not enough players in the queue at that time, matchmaking will look for more outside the +1/-1 system they’re trying
It's just a soft rule, Enlisted still have to face player base problems so you can't expect a fair match all the time. But rest assured if there is a BR3 player on the enemy side there is also a BR3 player on your side. Just hope your BR3 guy is better than them.
What time and server area are you playing on. I tried a few games with br1 gear usa , ussr and still saw lots of br3 gear on both sides so went back to br5.
This is a combination of 2 day recording one is afternoon and later night and others are morning.. im on GMT/UTC + 2h during Standard Time. So basically whenever I played it worked :) I think people misjudge enemy BRs is cuz they don't quite know what is in which Battle rating :)
Like 80% of the time I’m on, it shows some bullshit like BR2-5, and definitely feels like it. I don’t think I’ve seen 1-2 or a 3-4 a single time. Only 2-5 and 4-5
I guess you play USA BR3, and it shows 2-5. Yes, that's a known thing, USA I think it is the only one.. I'm not sure why, tho. My guess is against Germany, it's 2-4, and against Japan, maybe 3-5 - that's why it shows 2-5.. only my guess, I could be wrong.

I stopped using tanks for a bit because i realized i was getting bitchslapped by jumbos, IS1, etc.
M1 Garand, although placement is within BR4 area, it's BR3.. So BR2 Germany on up-tier will see BR3 (M1 Garand) (: Matchmaking is fine there, just got to live with it. :)
Yeah,and I suppose that for most of them the experience can be frustrating... I think the crossplay should be off as default,after you aquire some experience you can always turn it on,but for new players it's better facing some extra bots than some PC player
Yeah totally dude it should be off as default. I mostly play with it off and quite often the lobbies are full anyway. It’s a totally different game for consoles with very limited controls most actions are tied to the same key and the default plane settings are unplayable so if you see a console suicide dive half the time they probably didn’t mean to.

It is one of if not the best FPS on console.

I will try it again once I’ve used up some of my stacked boosters from the bp. I play around 22.00-23.30 gmt most days on eu servers.

im br 2 for germany and for 9 games in a row i saw the enemy team with " m1 Garand" in the kill feed so to me it still needs to be fixed

Plus new BR system only works if there are plenty players on according to devs.

BR 3 should be its own matchmaker
And when that happens people will cry how boring it is and there is no variety..
The variety will be being able to play BRs 1-2, BR 3, BR 4-5
Also tried BR1, the start button says BR1-2, immediately got a match with BR3. The start button is lying to players right now

Not much choice for games on console and being free to play there will be lots trying it out but I doubt they will play it seriously.
