Idk if you’re going to see this but your approach with the team is the best type, stern but respectful, not talking down. This type of commander is the type you you will go out of your way for.
0:50 fuck yeah bro. I always respect a commander who will stay to the end or take over a disaster campaign. This game is never over until their capping your last point without spawnpoints.
Exactly what I love about this game!!!!! Everybody always thinks they will lose when they only have the last point. Got to communicate, drop garries, defend, and attack!
At the beginning of the round i ask a simple question " a girl with a fish top and human bottom or human top and fish bottom ?" always gets everyone talking
Stepped in as commander one match after previous one abandoned. Down to the last point shortly after but with a bit of calm and coordination we got the garries up and won the match 3-2. Such a good feeling..
This game is so much fun when everyone is working together. my issue is when no one works together and we loose everyone wants to blame the commander. I have had it a few times where the commander did not have a Mic.
New player here , and i learned alot, im not a SL or commander, but is good to know where the nods is been placed and where the garrisons and stuff are build, Hope your channel blow up ,you are a good Commander /love from sweden
Really enjoyed your content. Been playing this game for a few years. It’s dope to see how others go about playing commander. Helps adapt my play style.
Command quit on the team today as well, had to take over and same situation as you are. 1-4 and came back to win the entire game. Applied what I saw here and won. Thank you!
Angelo, more of the sky cam commentating in competitive matches! I got my friend to watch you over it and probably will grab more. The insight you share on the best; garrison placements, attack angles, strategic zones to control and overall positions of power really changes the game! Amazing energy to man
Just had to command my first 2 games cuz nobody eles could. talk about a disaster. I kept droppin my airheads in the wrong spots and wasting precision strikes 😂 definitely something you need to learn by experience
Yeah this. I had a game last night where my squad had to defend alone against 2 forward garrisons and an OP because no one wanted to go defense. Applying strategy instead of whining, I pulled out on one of the sides, and put pressure on another. A bad plan is always better than no plan. People want to win, and they'll listen if you have just a sliver of an idea on how to win the game
182 kills?!?! That's a LOT of meatballs! Only thing this video lacks is more blueberries dying to friendly bombing runs. In all seriousness though, another example of excellent commanding.
fairly new to the game and been playing a lot of squad lead recently. i HATE the lame ass commanders who decide to just give up. this one commander was literally dismantling the garrisons i built with my support and telling everyone in command chat to get off the final point
And then you get in my average game where the level 30 commander has to ask what the helmet market and radio tower makers in the map are. Good shit dude would love to play with ya
Usually play on there servers, join there discords and ask to become a recruit. You can try out over at SYN I have casted there COMP matches in the past and I play with them daily over on my server: discord.gg/syn-hll
You don’t, the comp community is a joke. Actually, the community in general is a joke - bunch of hypocritical beta man-children who cry “toxicity”… the meaningless word that I’ve come to understand means “you own me” and is an admission of you making them mad and getting to them personally. Legit have not ever seen a more beta male laden community where the women who play are more manly than most of the dudes, lol.
We’reon the far east of the map, and in moments where you need a decisive push, I’ll tell the lad to push east to west. This just encourages them to push directly into there cap zone instead of flanking north
I’m the OG cocaine commander -internationally known on the microphone. Is it not the most annoying thing when you’ve got 2-3 squad leaders who are complete newbs trying to undermine your command and say something completely contradictory to the order you just gave? The absolute worse is when you have 2+ together who agree and think they’re right about something that is dead fuckin wrong heh. Anyway gg, good to see other commanders this good playing and leading confidently.
Yeah it can be frustrating, there are unfortunately a lot of new SLs out there who are unnecessarily adverse to learning game mechanics. And it’s those game mechanics that inform good gameplay habits!
I learned a lot acually from u. Ur one of the best if not the best for information and tactics.. I just gotta say if this game blows up in the future ur channel will blow up and u deserve it
I would like to get into a game server with a good commander that is patient with us noobs. I like how he just spouts clear orders and makes the battlefield understandable. The learning curve on this game is big, and I am still trying to figure out it's nuances. Are there servers just for noobs?
Don't suppose you could release a vid of you starting as commander? I'm trying to figure out the 1st steps of battle. Do you rush to get garys down or do you let engineers take supply trucks to get nodes down. I'd also like to see how you deal with official servers? (as i imagine they're worse than community ones) Would love to see more like this. Since watching these 2 i've been actively trying to assist my squad lead more with support classes and switching out after supplies dropped, but watching how you react to situations is proving to be invaluable for those games when commander leaves and i just feel compelled to take the role cus nobody else will.
That is in the works!!! Also to answer your first question RUSH frontline garries, get 4 up in the first 5 minutes of the match and you're in good shape. But understand since you can almost IMMEDIATELY drop a supply truck there is no reason why you cant get both up simultaneously. Just make sure you get the first supply truck if possible and then request in command chat that your squad leaders send there engineers to a specific HQ that you chose and spawn it in once you see on your map that at least one engineer has arrived at that HQ.
Man I love commanding, but I hate micro managing. I’ll give you all the support you need, I have enough experience to know how to time things like airheads and bombs. But people want me to tell them to do every little movement. “Command this is able squad what’s our orders?” Like bro have you ever played the game? If not watch a TH-cam video instead of trying to learn in the middle of the goddamn battle!
I personally don’t mind it helps keep the team as a whole somewhat organized in the chaos of the game. Some people just won’t learn without having some direction. There are from what I know, no tutorials who teach you the micro of SLing and how it relates to the macro of a match. Which is why people general look for direction from more experienced players. Or they just go fuck off and do whatever they were going to do in the first place like trying to capture a locked objective
@@AngeloDeLaMorte_tv I think he's pointing out how the controller make is slower and clunky. I'm pretty new at the Commander role and generally only take it when the spot is unfilled but I play on Xbox and I told my buddy that I was jealous at how much easier it must be to just use a mouse for the Commander role.

Did you ever call back your girl? “One sec” in HLL could be 90 minutes 😂
Came to ask that same question.
i was wondering the same thing lol
Watch the whole video he calls her towards the end
Chairgelo is edited out
Lmao yes do not worry I called her lol
The amount of strategy I learned just from this one video is immense. This was a great watch. Please keep em coming!

Nice to see some command videos. TH-cam usually serves me tank battles (which are fine), but it's nice to see some variety.

Didnt realize Doughnut operator played this game, sick
Most games are people not communicating and pretty lousy commander etc but every now and then when it all falls into place this game is epic.
True. It is worth waiting for the epic game.

31:34 devilish play
People need to see how little combat you did personally and how little that mattered. Gerries matter ❤
It matters a lot for a commander to skip combat.
only as a commander. Doing kills, pushing and protecting respawns are the key to victory.
That kind of commander that wins games but not the won that wins allies and friends.
Actually this server was played on my server where I’ve meet a lot of people who love these games. They come for the community and the game knowledge.
the game needs more competent commanders like you strait up, would make gameplay so much more enjoyable.

They can't spawn from the mid point, when your capping the last point. The default QH is disabled. The last bombing run was noneffective!
Yes I’m aware… I was striking the halftrack and just getting a little extra XP. Game was won why not????
