Would love to see the CF integration into this one! I feel with the incredible detail to overlay blends, we can further the blend states with CF.. (smoother custom idle/walk/etc of choosing better anim than default). Stoked!

This looks awesome. One mechanic I've always wanted to have for my game is like the rope swing, but launched with a speargun and attached to moving monsters.
All of the animations are so crisp I love it. Animations are super important to me in games so when the characters look and feel like real People walking around and doing things it immerses me so much more lmao. An uncharted style open world game would be so amazinv
i know this mod needs a lotta work , and i'm sure most bugs will be fixed , but what's been bugging me so much is the camera movement for real , hopo that'll be fixed
Random idea, chances of this being a good idea are probably pretty unfeasable, but interesting. Add a stamina bar, but have it not regen. But in return, it drains VERY slowly. Acting like real life stamina. Where any one action doesn't necessairly wear you out straight away, but running for too long, climbing too many ledges, swimming for too long, will all bring it down. Progressively making these animations take more time. It could be an interesting mechanic depending on what kind of level design youd want to do. Could make a player more conservative about how much they go around doing things.
A thing that I don't see that offen is how we can customize this ASLv4 this is incredible. I know there's new stuff but we can still use it. I would love see it.

Hello! I would suggest going back to the "Uncharted In Unreal Engine 5 With Motion Matching!" title. The new one is something I wouldn't honestly click on since it doesn't have any info that immediately interests me.
@kamay7021 I will say the "uncharted in unreal..." title is the new one btw the videos orginal title was "this is the greatest project" I believe people clicked on it for the thumbnail more than the title
i dont really watch all the video. but i wonder if this will cause future game project to have homogeneous movement due to everyone using this same project, it might cause same-ish feeling just like how ppl attribute to 'unreal engine looks' when lots of game dev just mesh same 3d objects provided for their game project.
Great video! Trying to figure out how to get a metahuman into this thing, but seems like it will need a lot of modifications to handle it (live retargeting and reparenting the held objects to the metahuman skeleton) unless you have a different thought of how to do that?
This is amazing work unfortunately I Use meta human characters or at least Ue5 skeletons and all these Virtual bones will make this a mess to work with. Great project for Those using a UE4 skeleton it is worth it's weight in gold but for the project I'm working on it is a fancy paper weight...for now... I will play with it and see what happens. Note: I was able to get the Animation blueprint to work with metahumans using a retargeting Anim Blueprint but The characters sizes are so different The sockets are no where near correct. Will try in my spare time as this could be worth the work required. Still Amazing Project though and I will post if I get Metahumans working!
Anyone found out why the directional ("free roam") movement toggle was removed/locked? The anim data's still in there its just lost its input, feel like there should still be a way to use it if its just worked of GASP
would the way you made the sword go back on your back (in the floating sword vid) when jumping/mantling work for the weapons on here or would i need i diff method

Am facing an issue where my player want to climb on any thing, if i come near an npc and press space i will go over the npc head and stay there, same thing with spawner widgets he walks over them, how can i fix that?

Nothing in the kit is from scratch all is marge so many project into one. that's what I know and it took year to marge so many things together.
