      @@bubblegum999 calorie deficit is 100% sure to make you lose weight. Its basic principle of energy usage/storage. If you exercise but eat more to compensate and dont know the amount of calories u add/burn, you may not lose weight at all.

      @@namehere3108 When i would wake up I would do these exercises every day and would eat healthy, because I was trying to lose weight. I would check how my weight changed every month and wrote down how much it changed.It was showing great effects on my body.

    Thank you, Austin. I have lost at least 10cm in just over a month. I say at least because I did not think to measure for the first week. I now have a normal BMI. I will continue to do this because I would like to lose another 10cm. My weight is normal for my height, but I have been carrying visceral belly fat for years. I am very grateful to you for this and many of your other videos.

      @Savage MNB I tried to eat healthier, and eat less than what I would normally eat. Do the excersise in the morning and night, before 10am, and before around 9pm

    I really have to thank you for this. I'm actually really skinny but have been struggling with belly fat for a long time. I'm not sure when I started doing your exercises (I used 4 of your videos) but it hasn't been that long and the fat around my problematic areas is completely gone now and my muscles are way more trained.     I have been doing this since Dec. 6th, 2019 twice a day through Feb 5th, 9 weeks, and at least once a day to present. At first it appeared that the purpose, reducing belly fat, was not going to work. At around the three week mark, Dec. 26th, one of my exercise instructors noticed my "Stomach" was smaller than before. I'm not into measuring how big or small anything is I usually go by my clothes and how they fit but for me I hadn't noticed anything. But I basically live in workout clothes because I teach and do a minimum 8 exercise classes a week so I'm really not into anything form fitting. Today, everyone notices I have lost my belly fat... I can tell. I recently purchased a biometric scale. When I first get the scale in mid-January 2020 my Visceral (Belly) Fat index was in the danger zone, 13; it is now at 6 which is ideal, it works. Just be persistent.

      @@hunchowon I'm not good with diets so my focus is on Aerobics exercise,, before stay at home directives between teaching and taking classes , I worked out formally 12-14 hours a week and informally walled 3.5 miles a day (walking from my classes to home). I've dropped 75 lbs between 2007, when I began taking control of my health. Dropped belly fat within the last three months using the above exercises. Counting only my Austin Goh playlist and my planking routine, I'm doing approx 12hrs of movement a week for the past 6/7 weeks. But I was doing but not counting, my 12 Austin. Goh Practice once a day since Feb. However I was doing 7/8 practices twice a day since Dec 1, 2019 focusing on my immediate issues. Is this enough info for you,! If not you're not getting anymore 🤓😁😆😂

    This works! I'm skinny, I work out constantly and I still struggle with belly fat, it's the hardest and last to go for me. I've done this for 3 weeks, once day, twice a day and I missed a couple but my belly fat is going away. I did this combined with other videos of his, love handle, pregnancy fat and few others and they will work better than some of the fitness guru exercises on TH-cam.Thank you, I will keep doing them.

People are super enthusiastic, and I believe joy means people are winning wonderful returns on their effort. I decided that 3-4 weeks is nothing. . .and I'm already feeling much better after selecting 5 of Master Goh's videos and doing them for only three days! I breathe more deeply, hold a better posture, feel more relaxed and find a comfortable sleep position quickly. I'll measure the belly on day 15 and report back. Are you in?

Yes, two weeks have passed, and I am thankful to share that this exercise and the other four Goh exercises I chose to do simultaneously are helping all the targeted issues. For instance, my flabby arms no longer ache and I've lost 1/2 an inch in diameter on one arm that was larger than the other. I have not lost significant diameter on the smaller arm as of yet. Now, to this discipline, I report much less gut pain/bloating! And likely due to all 5 exercises, the most remarkable and unexpected benefit is improved breathing!!! I breathe more deeply, comfortably and naturally as the body is stretched/relaxed/exercised back into a more natural internal and external posture. May I suggest that goals (such as doing this two times daily) are not so much about reaching a particular outcome (although goals help); rather goals prove to you that you are better than what you formerly believed.     day 1: it feels like it's working. i did it on an empty stomach, and i felt some pain in my stomach area. are these associated with each other?
    day 2: feels lighter in my stomach area, also stomach seems to be getting flatter. :)
    day 3: doesn't feel as good as the last two days, especially in the morning.
    day 4: when i push in my stomach, it seems like there isn't as much to push in as before!
    day 5: i think it is working, but i keep on getting interrupted
    day 6: i am getting better at the exercise, and i feel that my belly is getting smaller
    week 1: i feel less enthusiastic while doing the exercise. i'm worried i'm going to stop halfway through. plus, i looked in the mirror after, and my stomach was a lot flatter.
    day 8: my stomach has been feeling a lot lighter, and i'm 90% sure that after the 3 weeks is done i will be quite fit.
    Day 9: I have had quite a lot to eat, so that might affect today's session (I had my birthday).
    Day 10: my belly feels lighter, but wearing clothes, it seems that there is a smaller change than there actually is
    Day 11: nothing has happened today.
    Day 12: I'm getting to the part where I can't be bothered to do it, but I'm pulling through. Plus I try not to eat as much, and my belly is going down more (of course)
    Day 13: today I forgot to do it in the morning, so I had to do it twice at night. Plus, it is better to do it with enthusiasm so you get better results
    Week 2: I think that I will not be able to get a flat stomach by the end of the three weeks, and I might need an extra week
    Day 15: nothing has happened today, but I am seeing a lot of improvement
    Day 16: I have noticed that my man boobs are going down
    Day 17: nothing really happened today
    Day 18: Nothing feels that different
    Day 19: today I only did it once. At the end you will start getting lazy, but try to continue
    Day 20: Once again, i missed the morning, and i had to do it twice at night. so close to completion! tomorrow i will go all out!
    Last Day: today I have finished the circuit. I did a before and after, and I can say that's it does work, and my belly has gone down!

    Thank you Austin I have started doing some of your exercises for 2 weeks. I lost 1 and a half cm on my waist , thighs except for the arms didn't loose inches. I have high blood pressure and cannot do any exercise that needs to lay down on my back flat. I feel giddy. I am truly thankful for your workouts not strain and yet effective. Thank you so much.     Been walking briskly three times a week for about 2 months and noticed a change in my weight. However, last week I started to get knee pain and inflammation, this has made me less active for now and noticed I had put 2 kilograms on again.     Heyyyy Austin I found it channel last week.... I followed ur 3 videos and till today I did it 4 times.... I am so lazy so don't do regularly but I can see below changes in me :
    1. I am ckd patient and my pain in kidneys disappeared in 1st exercise only.
    2. I also did stomach exercise and I can see changes in my belly :)
    3. I did this thigh exercise and i feel lighter than before :)

    I’m going to try this every day 2 times a day …. I’ll update on this comment saying if it has changed.
    (1 - = First exercise in the day 2 - = second exercise in the day)
    Day 1) 1 - Feel like I have more energy, my stomach feels like I have been doing something to it and my arms hurt.
    2 - Almost feels like my stomach is getting tighter and feels better than earlier.
    Day 2) 1 - tummy feels a bit tighter than yesterday.
    2 - arms don’t hurt as bad while doing massage.
    Day 3) 1 - during this one I kinda got distracted, in the middle of it before he started to do the arm exercises I took a break. Next one I will be more effective.
    2 - This was was very effective, I made sure to do it right and in one session.
    Day 4) 1 - Stomach does look smaller I really love how it has changed.
    2 - (didn’t have time today, doing an extra one tomorrow)
    Day 5) 1 - This one I did the stomach part (not the arms and squats part) but a little differently then before I was sitting down and it felt more effective. Next massage will be just arms but more effectively. Last massage for today will be both.

    Don’t worry! I will continue doing this and about next week (September 1st) I will have an update on how it is is going

    Hi Austin, Man your exercise worked as a wonder for me. I did these exercises for 20 days and my belly reduced from 42.5inches to 39inches in 20days. I am so happy and looking forward to get the best out of these exercises.

    I think this helps with stomach bloatedness too. I was feeling very bloated the whole week and having poor appetite and taking medicine for bloatedness. Then by a stroke of luck, I came across Austin's video and I thought why not give this a try. After that, everything was history. Not only is my bloatness gone, my protruding tummy is also gone! This exercise will definitely be part of my routine now…

    Those of you who don't think moving energy/breathing exercises really work, watch people of all ages, shapes, and sizes break bricks and boards in martial arts without hurting themselves.The heartburn and hand arthritis exercises have really helped so now I am trying this one. I bet if we do daily quigong and meditation, we will fix and prevent the illness in the first place.I wish Western countries taught children this.
