There aren't many good spots on LI. I usually buy online or I play raffles on Facebook. I go to a small place in Northport on Fort Salonga road called Northport Wine and Spirits which usually has what I need, or I go to the larger Bottle Bargains, and Bottles and Crates in Fort Salonga and Huntington. Sometimes I go to Total Wine in Westbury, and there's a few good stores in Wantagh, the best one I hear, is called Seaside wine and liquors. I hear there's a really good one in Lynbrook called Cappy's, and I hear there's a really good one in Oceanside which you'll have to search out.. Other than that, there's not a lot of great spots on Long Island.

Great review, been wanting to try G4 waiting for it to be back in stock in my area. Excited to try it I really enjoy when they rest/age tequila in cognac barrels!

It obviously sounds ridiculous right off the bat, but it's hard to know what the real deal is anymore, with the retail gouging that's going on. Everything seems to be completely out of control.
@@longislandloutequila7208 it's really ridiculous. The funny thing is that only tequila people are going for G4 and if you're going for G4, you know that price is ridiculous. The same store (different location but owned by the same guy) also was trying to sell Fortaleza for $70 but I ended up snagging it at an honest store for $46 and $50
Dickel's mainstream offering is Tennessee Whiskey, which, while technically a bourbon, is much different than their Straight Bourbon. Do you know which barrels Felipe uses?
Great review. I couldn’t agree more. I’m looking forward to seeing Felipe use the new French oak barrels more. Maybe an Anejo and definitely an XA. I’m not so patiently waiting for the new batch of Madera. Hopefully it’ll come to NY and Florida soon. 😁
I wish that influencers would stop promoting what is essentially a standard release(like Fortaleza 150). For years, there were exceptional lots released without fanfare. This will just make this allocated and the bourbon taters will pay 3 times retail.
Bruh just enjoy as much as you can while you can and store some away. The whiskey bros are coming esp when they figure out how affordable amazing repos are.

I don't think so, that was an early experiment, and then of course he does some of that with his Madera. which are different.

How can you find out which lot?
The new one has the black top and if you look closely on the bottom of the bottle, the inkjet will say 12
I was going ask the same, looked for lots on my G4 bottles never could find one
