    I wouldn't use those exact words, but I thought that I was the only person on TH-cam to see that someone misshaped his shapeup! LOL!!!
    I still love him, though.

    If empathy isn't your thing, then self-interest should be.
    If you fly, go by train, boat or car, if your military rides in tanks and shoots missiles and artillery, if your life depends on the use of fine tools in the hands of a doctor, you go begging to Africa, or you go begging to Russia. That is where we find the strategic, rare metals that make all of those things.
    There is a difference between 'bright' and 'educated.' Get educated.

    @id493337 am excited that he won, the same way one is excited when their team wins a championship. After a while you go back to living your life. I will critique him after 4 years in the voting booth like everyone else.

    Yes, it's 2009, which is why there are revisionists like you among us. While there is no doubt that humans first emerged in Africa, and that some of the oldest civilizations were in Africa, there is no doubt - archaeological or historical - that the greatest cultural and scientific achievements in human history happened OUTSIDE Africa. The very act of WRITING (required for someone like Bernal Marthin) is not African in origin.

    @oluwalogbon58 Do you know how many people I've had beef with over this issue!
    Simply because he's father was black and his mother white, some idiots automatically assume he wasn't in the picture, without even researching! YES his parents did split up,YES his mother and her side of the family raised him,but HELL NO about him NOT having contact/relationship with his African father!

    I looked at your videos (thanks for offering), but a couple of folk songs are hardly going to stack up against a millennium of serious scholarship. On the one hand, we have an achievement of architecture like the Parthenon in Athens, and on the other we have a guy rapping about what he thinks his ancestors did. Or we have Plato's writings that have become the basis of western philosophy, versus .... another group singing. It doesn't stack up. No disrespect to you or to African culture.

    @id493337: Have you heard of a people living on a dollar a day, would you call that slave labour?? I would. If some one came to you house and stole all your possessions, what would you call the person?? I would call them a Thief. Then if some one came to your country and wanted to buy your resources, and with the money aquired you invest in building schools & unfra structure and develope bring in foreign exchange to further create proper paying Jobs people could start to be lifted out of poverty

    i for one have allways argued that i dont believe in the ice cream theory mix vanilla and chocolate u get chocolate ,its B.S.genetics dosent work that way,but ur overlooking the fact that because of racism and our societies beliefs people who are mixed tend to associate black why....?

  • @nojyt
    @nojyt 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    You may be right that Europeans have done bad things in history, but you seem to blame them for all the ills of the world. What of Africans who sold fellow Africans into slavery? (And continue to do so today). Your view is simplistic. And the idea that "Africa civilized Athens" would be RIDICULED in any university. I don't want to go back and forth like this anymore. You have your opinion, and you're welcome to it. Hope you expand your horizons one day (instead of telling others to do the same).

    What about a 1/4 foreigner like Bush he admits he has some Spanish blood your missing the point. American business has crucial interests in Africa and the middle East and Barack Obama. Would represent their interest well he puts money in pockets its as simple as that.

  • @cyclohexane1
    @cyclohexane1 13 ปีที่แล้ว

    @JetMech72 mmm...no. Not really. He doesn't think with his gut. I know you would like him to have a war of his own but that won't happen buddy. No American soldiers have lost their lives in Libya; something you would love to happen to attack him some more. Sorry trolly!

  • @nojyt
    @nojyt 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    Well, maybe not culture and history. Sorry, I hope you don't interpret that as racism, but the simple fact is that Europe and Asia produced far more in terms of high art, philosophy, technology and science, than Africa (or the pre-European Americas) ever did. We can safely say that without taking away from the achievements of Africans. I do agree with your general idea, though, that Africa ought to be doing much better than it is. But don't blame Europeans for all its woes.

  • @vixxy02

    I feel so sorry for those who spend their time buried in negativity. I can respect your claim for specifics and concretes, but why do you have to attack the difference between being divorced and single? People like you make me worry for the future of this country. People like you voted for Bush twice. People like you will remain in the dark until you make the decision to change yourself.

    It's too bad africa does't really have "national states" in a way most of europe has. There are too many ethnicities or groups inside a state. Rather like Iraq, where 3 major groups are crammed into one "nation" by the imperialists of the past. The whole of africa is much the same... and with poor education levels, conflict ensues. Sad...
