    Remember after my marriage in 1969 driving through Bhiwani towards Delhi to catch Rajdhani Express ! Had breakfast at a Bhiwani dhaba and cannot forget the size of Puris with aloo Dum ! Size of Puri was nearly 2.5 times of the normal size of Puris served, almost size of big paratha !

    1- salty
    2- dip in sugar syrup
    3- garnish with milk mava

    Wonderful,they really work good,I WONDER how many hours they have to work? The man that is making them,first puts his fingers in that hot oil,and then gets one of the round balls of flour and then slaps them with HIS HANDS to expand the round Dough into a large round,that TAKES some art.

    This is chiroti in bangalore most popular and very tasty only local bangalorens exactly know how to eat it which is a sweet. Crush the puri and mash laddu and mix well with gentle hands along with badam milk so yummy 😄
