    Every time I think I understand how to do this I get confused and have to watch more videos. I just came across your video and I have to say your video is so descriptive, perfectly spoken (not too fast), and absolutely wonderful. Thank you so so so much for your time and video. I finally understand and am ready to do my first shirt. ❤

    LOVED your video tutorial! Not too fast, not too slow, and right to the point without the "fluff" convo that makes these tutorials even longer. I do have one question, when you go into your preset printer menue under sublimation, how come you changed your paper settings? If you are printing from a sub printer isn't it already set? Maybe because you are using an Epson, you have those options? I use a SG500

    • @CorettaDangerfield

      I am using a converted Epson 2750 for sublimation. Changing the settings ensure I get the best print. Thank you for watching!

    • @CorettaDangerfield

      No, I have never tried using spray adhesive. Sublimation ink does not stay in cotton fabric so it will wash out. Thank you for watching!

    Hi thwre im new to this ans was wondering if someone can help. Im printing on new born clothes so the lettwes are quite small. After i have cut them.out on the cricut the ketters are cut individually do i then have to transfer them ontop of the sublumation paper one by one or is there a way that you can do it with all the letters at a time, i think im missing a step. If someone can help i would appreviate that.
    Cheers

    • @CorettaDangerfield
      @CorettaDangerfield  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In this tutorial I cut the letters separate and placed them on top of the HTV because it was too large. If you are doing a smaller project you do not need to slice. Just print then cut. The letters will still cut separately and you will have to place them in to the HTV. Thank you for watching!

  • @ianking8197
    @ianking8197 ปีที่แล้ว

    I like how you went nice and slow so we could follow. I am not sure why you didn't just print the graphic to be a applied, there was no need to for me to cut out each individual letter. I just used scissors to cut to the edge of my print and married it up to the the edge of the film.

  • @rosac8168
    @rosac8168 ปีที่แล้ว

    So isn’t this the same as just regular HTV or is the ink actually infusion into the cotton? This is where I get confused

    • @CorettaDangerfield
      @CorettaDangerfield  ปีที่แล้ว

      This is similar to HTV but it is specifically for sublimation ink. The ink is fused to the sublimation HTV and not the cotton. Thank you for watching!

    Excellent tutorial!! I agree,you could have taken the words, grouped and weld the image to create 2 layers for the "slice" action.

    • @CorettaDangerfield
      @CorettaDangerfield  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you so much for watching! I did try it that way. But if I weld the words then slice; the slice results would have been welded. Since I was using a small format printer I had to do each letter separately.
