That was a great video, I enjoyed it a lot!!! I love field and target, it would be so cool if you and your friends did a 900 round and a 720 world archery round, and videoed them as you are doing it here!!! Thanks so much Tyler!!!
I am a pins with release shooter (Bowhunter Unlimited), if I shoot well they go where I point them ! If I do not shoot well then I get what I deserve ! Always found the moving sight too much hassle (for me), would forget to move the scope intermittently !
A few people that shoot pretty well said to try it. Seeing if it makes a difference. However, I shot with it all indoor season. In the past I couldn’t see a difference in accuracy.
I slowly squeeze my hand as if I was shaking hands with someone. Mainly I slowly add pressure to my ring finger. But once I’m done aiming and go to activating the release I time it to where I’m the most steady in my shot. I slowly squeeze the release and say “squeezeeeeee…” in my head until the shot breaks, slowly manipulating the release till it fires. Check out shotIQ (what I’m doing) for more info.
I took my limb stops off my z7 xtremes,I think it shoots better and saves on replacing the rubber stops and just 1 point of contact now with the dead end string stop.which I might remove to see how it shoots.
I’m using a medium/small black dot. Not sure on the exact size. Like the third smallest on the UV dot sheet. Just colored the green one black with a sharpie.
For peep to arrow i just go to 7 yards and shoot that mark in, then i adjust that measurement til the mark on the sight matches up with the mark on archers mark or archers advantage and my short yardage is spot on

I'll be using the peep height tip! Thank you
Thanks for the tip!
I noticed you don’t shoot your string stop , why is that ? Like to hear an in depth description of your bow set up too ?

What are you using for a dot or a pin?

Yeah, I normally do this to check. But I found doing it the way I do it I never really have to change anything.
