The RandoMage seems good in this meta for similar reasons that the Bomber Warrior over a year ago in Kripp's Blame The Bomber video. Solid curve, lots of cheap damage and removal, minions that do damage when they enter the field, and the deck just dominates in tempo from turn two onwards. Its seriously creepy just how well those two Kripp decks seem to perform, as well as how seemingly identical their playstyles are.
I prefer playing my "Reno Gambling" deck. It has Reno Jackson as the only non-random card. Then you have Arcane Missiles, Clockwork Gnome, Gadgetzan Jouster, Flamecannon, Unstable Portal, Flame Juggler, Jeweled Scarab, Mad Bomber, Effigy, Mirror Entity, Flamewaker, Mind Control Tech, Spellslinger, Elise Starseeker, Hungry Dragon, Mechanical Yeti, Piloted Shredder, Tomb Spider, Bomb Lobber, Ethereal Conjurer, Madder Bomber, Nexus-Champion Saraad, Stampeding Kodo, Faceless Summoner, Piloted Sky Golem, Sylvanis Windrunner, Ragnaros the Firelord, Nefarian, and Ysera. A good (or in my case better) alternative to Eydis is Spellslinger. You literally need to rely on Ysera or Crusader cards just to get something to trigger her ability, which in most cases won't even hit the correct targets (which can matter a lot when you're close to death). Spellslinger keeps the 3/4 statline while giving better randomness.
I think que into a lot of tier 3 and 4 decks is why the win rate is so high. I had the same experience with a Maly Druid I thought was really good. Came back later in the day, que into the usually zoo and aggro shaman lost almost every game.
I would argue that discovery cards are by far much better that plain random 'get some card', since the option to choose the best card to fit the current scenario is very valuable and powerful, and gives card advantage. For instance, Jeweled Scarab is better than Summoning Portal on average.

I took the free kill without much thought, but then next turn he drops Cho _from his deck_ and at this point I realize he's playing a slightly more affordable Randuin. I not only let this Cho live, but steal it later with my Cabal and keep it healed up after it takes some hits from his mad bomber. Sad to say I'm probably the only person he faced who ever played along with the Randuin shenanigans.
I just noticed you seem to have a lack of 7 drops in your deck, I think that while the rest of your deck is random you need a rock solid 7 drop like me to hold the deck together
I would throw out Eydis darkbane and add a spellslinger, same stats, Sure your opponent may get a good card, but more often it helps you (also fuel for flamewaker)

What are your Triggers for Eydis Darkbane? Mage is a very awkward class to use the Valkyrie Sisters in due to the lack of buffs (I guess Polymorph Boar sort of works?) and with no spare parts, it's quite tough to use. I guess Grand Crusader can provide with something... but that's it?

Maybe it's good cause people don't know what they are playing against. Everybody runs these netdeck refined decks and know how to fight them but as soon as you put in random stuff they can no longer play around things cause they don't know what you have.
I try to avoid RNG cards as much as possible as I seem to the worst possible luck. Some RNG cards are hard to avoid because of their OP nature, but if there is another similar option without RNG I take it.

Tomb Spider --> Mukla Tyrant of the Veil ~ 2 Bananas ~ 4 Damage x2 and +2/+2 Cabalist Tome --> Ice Lance/Ice Lance has it's damage ceiling doubled to 8, especially good on an empty board Ethereal Conjurer --> Same as above, raised damage ceiling with specific spells (Ex: Shatter) Grand Crusader --> Multiple Paladin cards are buffs or heals (Blessing of Might/Wisdom, Hand of Protection, Holy Light, Seal of Champions, Blessing of Kings, Forbidden Healing) TL;DR Eydis provides indirect synergy within the RNG element, making the less optimal discoveries useful in specific situations.
Why Eydis instead of Brann? Eydis will pretty much never go off unless Grand Crusader pulls through, and Brann has crazy synergy. Plus, he effectively DOUBLES the randomness!!! Win-win!

Eydis Darkbane technically isn't a random card because there are no mage spells that buff minions.

Eydis provides indirect synergy within the RNG element, making the less optimal discoveries useful in specific situations.
Why Eydis instead of Brann? Eydis will pretty much never go off unless Grand Crusader pulls through, and Brann has crazy synergy. Plus, he effectively DOUBLES the randomness!!! Win-win!

Do you wanna know why do you win with this RandoMage? I did something similar and Won a lot, the reason it is simple: Generate cards from nothing ( or from your Ass if you have good RNG ) The game plays with 30 cards, each one to especific answer to something, but this mage can generate inifinite cards, It is like Play with a Deck with more then 40+ cards each game, so you you will have much more answers than normal, and that is insane...
+Denis Cavalcanti Martins I did the same, but with Randuin. Always had a full hand, couldnt even generate more cards, cuz I would always overdraw xD
