  • mostly taking the forks apart with one little boo boo. cant win them all.
the bottom screw ( they prefer screws on the cb125s) was not coming out of the fork and i had partially camed out one. it proved not necessary to remove it in the end. nwe seals are on order and the fork tubes are being polished.

Thanks for the detail upload of all the work! I'm driving a 1973 CB 125S and your videos really helped taking things apart AND putting them back together!

Where you able to remove the bottom screw of the second shock?

No, I left it well alone. I would have been in danger of destroying it.

I snapped those bloody screws on the bottom of my forks. JIS screwdriver plus wrench power, and snap! Both of them. Good times...
PS, awesome videos. I'm inspired to rebuild my CB100 K2, except I;m going to try take it out to 140cc using a different sleeve and piston.

I should probably apply that logic to the cc rating! Haha
I don't think I'd go as far as you have. This is what we use our baby bikes for over here... I'd be too scared of damaging the paint!
