Kinda makes me happy Jose Fernandez gets to pitch in the World Series in this timeline, even if he didn't win.
I haven't finished this series yet (not even close actually) but I would like to thank you Bailey for doing this because Juan Soto is my favorite non-astros player and I can now refer to him as "Astros legend Juan Soto"

He sure has. Bailey didn't get around to the Career RBI leaderboards, but there was Albert Pujols, beating Hammerin' Hank by a convincing margin, and probably still going to play a year or two more to potentially add to that total.

Yeah. The sad part of this is that, just like the real life timeline, he was always outshined by Clayton Kershaw. It hurts to be an outstanding pitcher who pitches in the same league and same era as Prime Kershaw.
@@GaIeforce He wouldn't even be 30 yet and 2016 was his first year back from TJ. No doubt in my mind he would have taken his game to the next level in 2017, the development of his changeup was going to be huge an he was already the best strikeout pitcher in the game at the time of his death (12.5 K/9!!!)

Jason Leblebijan is a career minor leaguer who just can’t make it to the majors, looks like he’s still out on the free agent market and has been since 2018. So he’s probably out of baseball or playing independent ball. Now I learned something new. And did my own research.

Apparently the clones have started a second steroid era, but this time strictly for relievers for some reason. Maybe we'll see most starters go obsolete as every competent deliver has an ERA under 1.

I had to look up Brandon Downes because he really has come out of nowhere and started bashing in this sim. Selected in the 7th round of the 2014 draft by the Royals (which, by the way, that draft was a total disaster for Miami in real life), he topped out at AA before being out of the league by 2018. Ouch.
