This is true, it isnt. It is in the outskirts and I didn't catch that in the editing... Apologies. I meant to say it's very central in terms of a location for getting out to cross iron mills (13 min away), head out of town (cochrane is 25 min) or if you need to head into the core (20 min), it's in 'centre' of that. 😃
Lol I know! What a bullshiter! This is obviously a promo for Livingston. So many other better places in calgary than this. Just trying to trick outside buyers coming to calgary
I don’t know how to read that, the benchmark for one community goes up 22% and another one goes down by 2% so does that mean that the better value for future growth potential is in the less desirable community ? And if you choose to purchase in communities with high benchmark growth whose to say that it experiences continual growth against the benchmark?
Sorry you see it that way. The data is real and when I asked to have one of the Livingston builders be in the video to talk about it they declined! 😂 take it how you want but there’s no relationship with any builders in Livingston that we profit from.
Nothing but a promotion to sell a new area. The low percentage (high value) properties are stable and will always be. The big jumps happen in new developments nowhere near the 'classic areas' downtown. That won't, and never does last more than a few years or so. It's like saying to someone from the Prairies, 'move to Toronto, properties in the suburb of Burlington are under $570k.
No plugs and no payment from anyone. In fact I won’t do a video like this again if that’s the case and viewers think it is. Honestly going off of data and numbers and Livingston did increase the most.
Hello. I'm not sure if I missed it on some of the videos on this channel but I noticed that you hardly put out any content on NE communities. I briefly heard mention of 1 or 2 here in this video. I've seen communities highlighted in NW, SW, SE, Airdrie, etc. but not finding any content on NE. Is there a reason for this?
@@ChamberlainGroup Highlights of some of the Best neighborhoods in NE, New developments of NE, Pros and Cons of living in NE, Housing prices in NE, etc.

Interest is going to go up, and so does the mortgage rate. Not that many people are willing to pay a high price if they know the price is going to drop. I am waiting for another 35% drop before buying!
If we had a better budget for our home we would have gone for Livingston. But we could not afford it and we needed to get out. We moved into Falconridge/coral springs area
@@jsdhillon6134 Yes he should have. It seems like he may be promoting the areas he might have all or most of his own listings in and the ones where the profits are highest for himself or easiest to unload, which I guess he can't really be criticised for.
Love all the comments... but none of them are true. I simply miss read the doc. Yeah, the truth can be boring and not filled with Fake News! lol... If you look at the pdf, which you can download, it was just further down the list! Sorry to disappoint with no sneaky promotions or profits... 🤣
If your a true Calgarian, your dream is too not live in the NE. But then, you can buy a 2300 sq ft home in NE, for the same price as a 1100 sq ft in Wildwood.
💔 As a lifetime Calgarian (43 years) I will say you are a racist and a bigot. The food in these areas are amazing and the people are maybe not from Canada but they are so happy and nice. I spent my whole life in the NE and on the east side. Now I’m better off then my parents I oils never leave this part of Calgary as I have some of the most amazing people and things around me.

What do you want too know? Hillhurst is extreme inner-city. You can walk/bike to anything needed. You pay for that convenience though. Tiny/old single family homes start around $600+ on a 25'lot. Most are in the $900+ range
This is the case because new home construction costs have gone up 30% or more. A lot of people don’t appreciate the older dated looking homes in convenient neighbourhoods. Most people just want shinny cabinets and countertops. Lol
Couldn’t agree more. There is sooo much more to Calgary than just new neighbourhoods. Having mature trees and established communities are incredible! 🙌 thank you for commenting Vi T!
The main issue with older neighborhoods is the lack of attached garage. Also the alleyway doesn't prove much peace of mind for safety. So most families with young children prefer the cookie-cutter of suburban houses with front driveway.

As the bus speeds past
Art is everywhere if you look up
As the crowd look down alas
Oh Calgary, how you tease me
With your complicated downtown
I walk against the crowd
A mixture of pity and proud
Name-dropping conversations
and telephone sounds
Smells of cologne and brisket
BarBQing where deals and meals meet
Not far announcements
Of the upcoming Stampede
Security stands guard
Darkened doors silent Marquis
No one blinks an eye
On this busy street
Where secrets are spoken
I have walked several miles
Yet ended up where I started
As the bells announced
the trains going past
And I followed business
clones all dressed in black
Tailored uniforms
of financial pasts
I sat down craving the beer
Announced on every corner
Not taken over by oil Barron's
long renown for their behavior
Where bankers meet
White summertime
snow flows as the
night emperor knows
And his jester pushes his cart
Bottles picked all over the park
To pay the devil what he owes
Keeps what it takes and both push
For it's stakes are high
As they are prey to the
Lord of another kind
Songs and the media don't mind
Glamorizing the lifestyle
So many addicts
in the pinpoint of an eye
It's a cat and sewer rat's game
While cops drive on by
Not seeing the quick handshakes
At the speed of rattlesnakes
Just as their venomous bites
Finds another one to die
