    Before you jump on me and say there are SE addresses on here, know that these communities are all in the MLS zones of NE and East. That’s how we broke this and all the other videos down. Want to see the others? th-cam.com/play/PLW2Nw5rzIY7SwNZOZk9FOZQ17CNj4hYEt.html&si=9LHGGiIHcuApaQJM

    Hi Chamberlain,
    I would love to hear your comments on my choice after watching many of your videos.
    I love to buy a property in Tuscany, Mahogany Auburn Bay for 4 reasons:
    - 1) The household average income is above $110000,
    - 2) There are in category of affordable luxury homes,
    - 3) family friendly community,
    - 4) there among safest communities

    I believe a lot of the places you mentioned like Forest Lawn, Southview, Applewood, etc. are located in SE Calgary. If you look it up in Google Maps, it places these communities in the SE and not in the NE. Maybe MLS should correct this.

      The quadrants of the city are different than the MLS zones. These areas are apart of the East zone which we put together as part of the NE and E zones for this video.

    How does Vista Heights have a higher walk score than Marlborough or Albert Park when it isn't anywhere near a CTrain

      I was wondering that too but maybe they don’t have census data for those areas yet as I believe they said the last one was from 2015 they were using.

    Why are you highlighting areas that are not in the NE but are located in SE Calgary. I grew up in Penbrooke Meadows, just east of Forest Lawn and clearly a SE area. You should redo this video and represent the NE.

    • @ChamberlainGroup
      @ChamberlainGroup  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This is the MLS zones of East and NE combined. Calgarys quadrants don’t fully line up with MLS zones.

    Ain't nothing wrong with forest lawn, very tight knit neighborhood especially for those who have live there their entire lives, and choose to live there, and even with the homeless or addicted, alot of people watch out for one another, and their properties...

    Just wanted to point out that the communities you pointed out as unsafe are actually very safe. I’ve lived in forest heights for 25 years without an issue. With the recent troubles people are facing with affordable housing there are transient folks everywhere.
    Additionally Southview, Albert Park and Forest lawn are in the Southeast not the northeast. Just saying.
