The version with the three dioramas is by Iron Studios and are 1/10 scale. This one is by XM Studios and is 1/6 scale. It has been sold out for a while and should be shipping soon.
I just had a look and I couldn't find anywhere that is still taking pre-orders. But once it starts shipping I'm sure there will be people cancelling orders, so you should probably be able to pick one up then.
