    Gaia, OnX Off-Road, Garmin BaseCamp, GravelMap, iOverlander, so many great options out there for finding tracks.

    Hi Keith
    My alternative to the expensive Garmin products ... I use the Ride with GPS app. Plan all my rides on the desktop. I keep my 'personal' phone in my backpack as a bit of redundancy, but my primary navigation device is a Blackview Tough phone without a SIM card, therefore this unit becomes my navigation device. Battery life is ok also. Maps are downloaded from Google offline maps. Been using this system for 4+ yrs now without any issues. Use a Quad lock mounting, again without any problems also (plenty of crashes though).

    Cheers mate.
    Your channel is a great resource. The way you explain the decisions you have made in adapting the bike is most informative. It has helped me prioritise what things to invest in first on my build and has given me a good idea of what more I will do further down the line.
    Have a good one👍.

    Thanks Keith,
    You really have this down pat. Another excellent vid. I'm hoping your channel grows as it deserves. I'll be riding my newly adventurised 23' 500 down to the Vic High Country in about 3 weeks 👍

    Nice one Keith. Mosko 80s are great, like you said the trick is in the packing and choosing the right gear and that comes with experience 👍

    Hi Keith
    In addition to the steering damper did you make any modification to the suspension on the 500? Thanks. David

    I’m planning on going with the Adventure Men Cave fairing from Portugal. Check it out, it’s light and minimalist.

    keith whats your headlight screen setup?

    • @keithjob
      @keithjob  ปีที่แล้ว

      Bajaworx Enduro screen.
      Baja XL80 headlight, mounted in a MotoMinded surround and on to their supermount system behind the light. (I think it's called that.)

      @@simonhantler8062 yep, that's the dilemma. Lot of cash for something that will most likely never be required. But that one time...
