I really like that. What were the tweaks that you did?

Sorry for the late response friend, I honest-to-God mainly just use this channel to host clips that are too large to send to my buddies over Discord lmao so I don't really track notifs.
The mod is www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16727 and you need FO4Edit (www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2737/) as well. If I remember correctly, what I did was change the projectile effects in FO4Edit - so on the left-hand panel, locate and double-click GrenadeLauncherStandalone.esp, then double-click Projectile under it, then pick a projectile type you'd like to convert into your mortar rounds (I chose the frag grenade projectile).
On the right-hand panel, under Destructible > Stages > Stage #0 > DSTD - Destruction Stage Data > Flags (sorted), locate the "Explosion" flag, double-click the entry next to it (I honestly can't remember what it is, probably something like "fragGrenadeExplosion"), and find and select "MinArtilleryExplosion [EXPL:000AE812]". Then scroll down and do the same under DNAM - Data > Flags (sorted) > Explosion. Basically what you are doing here is replacing the mod's "frag grenade" explosion with the vanilla Minutemen artillery explosion.
Speed and Range under DNAM - Data > Flags (sorted) can also be tweaked, I have mine set to 3200 and 22000 respectively. It's been a while so I can't say how I got those values but I assume they were "good enough" for my desired minimum range vs. projectile despawn radius in my testing.
After that it should be as simple as booting up the game and crafting your newly augmented 40mm "grenade" of your choice.
No idea if you're still interested in this answer, but felt bad and figured I'd answer anyway for posterity and in case anyone else stumbles upon this video and wonders the same thing. If you've any questions feel free to let me know and I'll do my best to answer them!

@@jeffury8235 You're good. I indeed have lost interest in fallout for now but still appreciate you for coming back with an answer for other people.
