One time 30 years ago I was in the countryside in the early morning and just bravely walked into a property where the cutest calves were the night before. In the morning they were no longer. These young male calves are the product of the milk "industry". My body is wired for milk, my mind is wired for milk. I might even say my soul is wired for milk, but what kind of milk? In ancient cultures like in India everyone drank cows milk yet no one ever ever ever dared eat a cow or a calf. So I'm in a dilemma. Feel free to suggest.....

He almost died after fasting for 21 day and breaking it with raw egg. Many people have died breaking fasts with animal products or things like pizza, pasta ect.. yet no one has ever had negative effect from breaking a fast with fresh fruit. I wonder why...
Trying to go keto back in 2017 made me go vegan. I tried it for half a day and got so nauseated. Carnivore diet just doesn't make sense to me. I have been tracking my nutrition on Cronometer. Just for kicks this morning, I thought I would plug in a carnivore day of eating. My numbers for most nutrients where actually better and I consume a very low calorie diet. The Carnivore diet is totally void of fiber and Vit. C. Folate very low. The protein and fat was off the scale, but who needs all that in a day. Plant based just makes so much more sense and it is better for the animals and the planet.

The human condition encompasses ex Vegans who are now carnivores and ex carnivores who are now Vegan… etc. people like him flip-flop between diets and livestyles regularly. Nothing reliable or serious. I’ve been Vegan for 11 years now and no plans on changing. This person will likely not be Vegan in 5 years, BUT good luck to him and I wish him all the best.
I was vegan and for six years. I healed my fatty liver on carnivore diet. Doctor said no alcohol, carbs or sugar. Since I healed, I don’t think vegan or carnivore are the problem. Sugar, processed foods and fast food are the main problem. Dr Paul Salindino not sure if I spelled his name right but he left full carnivore and started adding fruit, milk and honey. He is thriving with his additions. I also healed my osteopenia and have good bones. I don’t like to push what I eat on others because I did reverse pre diabetes on vegan diet six years ago. I think if something stops working we need to be open minded and be willing to try alternatives. My nephew was carnivore but now I see he is adding fruit and other foods. He is strong and healthy, so I know he researches his changes to his diet. We should all get along and talk about sugar, ultra processed food and fast food dangers.
If you listen to most of the people who were vegan and went keto or carnivore, they all had symptoms of gut issues, even before they were vegan and then switched to a carnivore diet they were suffering. I think that gastroenterologist Will Bulsiewicz Would be better equipped in depicting what these people are experiencing. This has also been happening more and more to regular omnivore all over the place, as I do think that the chemical era of food has been destroying peoples gut for a few decades now, and we are just seeing the result of this now. You can also look at Dr. Zach Bush on the impact of the chemical farming on people's gut, this has been an eye opener to me and now I better understand these ex vegans.
One year ago, my coworker had every single test, including cancer screening to find out why he had crippling back pain. No answers except his weight. So he went carnivore, lost 100 pounds and works out daily. Did it work? No. He’s tired, grey and lethargic and was just diagnosed stage 4 colon cancer.
All diets are fads. People return to their norm. The key is changing what is considered normal. Eating body parts, cow secretions and chicken menstrual activity isn’t normal and isn’t a part of a normal diet. But until the brainwashed majority are able to accept this, nothing changes. The fact that fringe diet chasers stop the “carnivore” diet means about as much as other fringe diet chasers ending their trials with a “vegan” diet. It’s about ethics. First, last and only. Until people align their habits with their ethics (or actually develop ethics if they are lacking) then nothing changes.

This kind of diets is like certain drugs. People don't do recreational drugs because you immediately break down and fall apart. In the first years you feel amazing, superhuman, unstoppable. It's only some years down the line that comes the realization, living on adrenaline is not a good idea.
@Allen-gs1kc I'm always interested in learning more about nutrition. Can you share some research regarding the carnivore diet? I'm legit interested, as I have loved ones who eat that way. They aren't interested in research, but I am.
This is a person who experiments with his diet. He used to be a vegan too. And was bashing veganism and vegans afterwards. In any case, he is a person who does not take advice from professionals. He always fails with his attempt, but he considers himself an expert.
Do some research at least guys - carnivores and WFPB people get benefits from both due to cutting out all the junk if they were eating junk before - but it's so boringly, plainly, commonly understood that a huge number of people who are thriving on carnivore didn't come from a poor diet - they tried healthy alternatives before finding the solution in eating just animal products (particularly just beef). When they eat rice, whole grains, veg, the usual "healthy" foods, they get reactions; when they eat meat they do not. Also caffeine - is a coffee bean or tea leaf meat? Then it's not carnivore and it's generally advised to steer clear. Saying carnists get their energy from caffeine is as dumb as claiming vegans only function because of soy lattes.
Im quite concerned that speakers I actually like Jordan Peterson, Joe Rogan ... etc actively promote the carnivore diet ... influencing millions ... and never addressing the topic of animal suffering.
There is a dogfood called vdog. We feed this as well as the scraps from our vegan table. She has been extremely healthy, without tumors on any part of her body. We got us a pet hen chicken who is good at laying eggs which none of us eat, we started feeding them to our dog until we noticed a large lump on her body and the aggressive behavior begin. We stopped the eggs and trashed them. She is now doing much better and we give God the Glory for making us wise unto salvation. 🙌
regular kibble is horrible for dogs, now you want to feed them meatless kibble?! You are an animal abuser, feed your dog meat like she deserves. These are horrible to read, and I feel terrible for your dog
Meat is for humans on the same unhealthy level as most junk foods, so people on carnivore don't feel better because they avoid junk foods. They feel better because they become nauseated from all the saturated fat etc., and lose weight. Or they have eliminated some food that they have an allergy or food sensitivity to. Or both.
Consuming animal flesh also has a strong influence on human hormones, as do other intoxicating substances. This can function like an addiction to where you experience increased cravings and withdrawal like symptoms when not eating it daily.
One of the things I noticed about human carnivore is that thay drink lot of coffee. Coffee cameras from beans . beans are not part of a real carnivorous diet.
can you not offer health test to carnivore gurus, from blood ,to hormoons,to mri , to drug test....etc. see if they are clean and health like they say they are.
Maybe because we are not made to attack and Eat animals Raw? I mean FREE raw dogs after pass naturally, why waste free dog meat and furs then? Mammal milks, all so strange. Leave animals alone.
I don’t get why we are using this man as a reference. He has been known to flip flop diets…why not use someone who has been a carnivore for years and is healthy and successful?
I do have a slight disagreement with the usual vegan nutritional advise here. Based on charting of my family's symptoms and nutrient intake on Cronometer, personal medical reports, and studies it seems like there is a significant minority of the population that *benefit* from eating meat more than they are harmed. I'm not suggesting that meat is *intrinsically* healthier, rather I'm suggesting many people have chronic infections and/or nutrient deficiencies due to the medical neglect which is ubiquitous now, and many of these people benefit from supplemental amounts of choline, iodine, etc which are abundant in beef and difficult to get *in the needed amount* from plant foods. I'm suggesting vegan proponents and enthusiasts personally investigate and more broadly study choline, iodine, DHA, and other nutrients with the idea that they may have stories similar to B-12: supplementation is both needed on a vegan diet for some or all people and is justified over eating a diet that includes animal products. Choline is interesting for a number of reasons: it has genuinely highly variable intake requirements based on genetics (whites tend to not make more in response to estrogen, for instance), many of the nutrient interactions themselves are complicated by genetics in subtle ways (for instance about 30% of Americans have an MTHFR gene that makes methylation of folic acid slow and increase the need for B-9, B-12, betaine, etc), exercise infections and other conditions dramatically increase the need for it, it's research typically doesn't take account of it's many nutrient and lifestyle interactions, etc. All of this reduces the confidence we can gain from studies and simultaneously make us more dependent on anecdotal evidence and mechanistic research, but that doesn't mean it cannot or shouldn't be done and it should make us more sympathetic to those desperate enough to go carnivore and more willing to experiment with supplements which are found in greater concentration in meat, egg, etc.
If people have deficiencies there are supplements for that. If they have diseases they should try to cure that, so they can eat healthy plant foods again. I think there are extremely few people that would have to use animal products rather than other solutions.
@@carinaekstrom1 Respectfully, that's not a direct response to what I wrote. I'm mostly suggesting compassion for those who do by not mocking them or dismissing them by giving advise that works for most but not all people. It would be great if healthy vegans would advocate for research into nutrients like choline to explore the possibility that a vegan diet by itself is not adequate to treat or prevent some diseases because those who are ill have enough to worry about and many people are looking for excuses to eat bacon but research showing supplemental nutrition would better treat them would help both the vegan cause and the need to heal.
John Rose talks extensively about this. Healthy people don't have to worry about "level 2 nutrients" or "level 3 nutrients". The body produces them and moving on. BUT, if you are damaged now you may not be producing carnitine or carnosine, for instance. Or whatever else. It's usually fixable, but not as straightforward as for a healthy person to begin with.
He also failes on vegan and vegetarian diets regularly. He was eating carnivore but also taking lots of weird supliments, detoxes etc, I suspect that's why it didn't work for him.

And note there are hundreds of vulnerable but creative carni's in his comments section who might just come around, who knows!! He is a lover of wildlife and animals, and I feel like he is starting to recognise what diagonalism is and how the last few years have played into the present scenario.
Veg Police always said that he tries these extreme diets "so that you don't have to". He was also vegan before carnivore. He has a very good channel called Camera Conspiracies, if you want to learn about camera and video equipment.
Pretty sure Vegetable Police hasn't been eating processed food for like 10 years, seemed a bit strange to dismiss his initial health improvements going carnivore as just removing unhealthy food. Have seen a few of the vegan doctors speaking on this channel dismissing these claims in the same vain. I don't think being carnivore is healthy long term. But lets actually address these anecdotes with the diet they've actually been eating before their switch. Instead of dismissing it based off of general improvements from stopping a highly processed food diet. As it is interesting to know why they feel these improvements short term and whether their was any nutrients missing etc..
I've tried both diets --vegan and carnivore were bad for ME. I, personally , think most people do better health wise, on a plant based omnivore diet diet with small amounts of animal products. (especially those like me who do not want to have to take any kind of supplements on a regular basis.)
I don’t think we as humans are designed to be consuming much meat at all even though we can digest it if we are trying to avoid starvation. Primates are the same, 95% plants. Arguably though, if I were to play devils advocate, small amounts of fish and dairy would be more optimal as in Mediterranean diet… but there’s really no magical component in animal products. It’s just easier to source daily calories which results in satiation and people attribute that path of least resistance to satiation as their subjective experience of “better health”
Eve loves raw put out a video saying she is no longer vegan and she learned of a doctor that eggs and raw milk would heal some of her health conditions and watching vegan detereation channel opened her eyes to the dangers of her diet can you do a video on her please ?

Its a good thing 👍🏽 Edit sorry everyone it's clear I didn't understand satire at the time I watched the video 😂 my apologies. I'll just leave this up though
The truth is that some people are thriving on all-meat diet - for decades. Tho I am vegan - fundamentally as an ethical position & in the belief that we are biologically designed to thrive on fruit & vegetables - I cannot ignore that carnivore works for some - so to state that ALL people on meat diet are not thriving is as unbelievable as those who believe that every single person on vegan diet is sick, dying.
Maybe some people can keep their cholesterol low on a carnivore diet, but usually the "thrivers" say it's high, but they don't care. Also they will be risking more cancer than people who eat healthy plants. So they can't know that they are actually thriving. According to nutrition science they are at much greater risk of disease, especially after decades.
I'd say that those "thriving" on meat for decades it's not thanks to the meat, but in spite of it. For instance, if someone constantly lives on the mountains or on the beach he can get away with very bad diets. That doesn't mean it's advisable for someone that isn't Sunbathing on the mountains all day long.
@@julioandresgomez3201 Tho, if someone appears to be thriving on ANY diet for decades, I figure that’s passing for sure. And perhaps the only true test is after death, eh? What did the person die of? Then, interesting to see of people in a group eating same diet - for instance U gather the the Massai’s on milk & blood, average death age for a man is 45 years, similar to Inuit on meat only diet. And then, look at those who make Guinness Book of Records - how many fruitarians or vegans? Seems it’s mostly people who eat a moderate omnivore diet. Two women who died c;one in age - about 117 yrs old, started their days with about 3 eggs.
Nothing in our biology suggests we are supposed to eat only animals, so to say some “thrive” on it, is most likely just a very grandiose placebo effect. The mind is a very powerful thing and can essentially convince itself of anything if the belief is strong enough.
I have to admit my blood work improved on carnivore diet. How eating more fat and my cholesterol lowered, I don’t understand. I’m not sure staying vegan or carnivore long term is the answer but they both healed me initially. I hear the Mediterranean diet is the best. It Mya be more balanced and less extreme. Lillie Kane is carnivore but she is very open minded about including other healthy foods in her way of eating.
Carnivore cringe documents numerous people who quit carnivore. I've never heard of a decade long strict carnivore, I do hear about decade plus long vegans.
@ yes i agree since it has been highly popular since dr baker has really promoted it for the last. 7-8 yrs. I live in Spain and at 69 yrs i bike with 6 other vegans, they are very skinny who have heart issues and/sarcopenia. This could be a coincidence. I told them to eat meat but afraid of the potential risks. They can hardly climb hills and they alwayswhat to do but they refuse to eat meat and sat fat. Not easy to change people. Every year i share with them my new blood results and show them my latest Vo2 max of 55 (may24) and above average grip strength for my age group but they believe a newer bike, lighter will improve their results but i gave up. Conclusion when i find a vegan of my age who can beat me on the hills, i may change my opinion

I actually suffered from a kind of trauma when he went to meat😂. He's so funny in a way that it's heartwarming. That's why I was so sad that he went cannibal oops I mean animal oops I mean carnivorous @@RebelMusic4Rebels
@mrityunjayadas9393 Haha! I've always knew he'll go back to being a Vegan! Honestly plant based just makes sense!
@@RebelMusic4Rebels I've been struggling with the idea of pure veganism for a while now. I LOVE (organic) milk yet I can't justify the way cows are treated.
@@mrityunjayadas9393 my friend, I've been a vegan going on 9 years, the only vegan in my family and trust me, it changes nothing as far as my love goes for them, a little frustrating wanting to help prolong the lives of those that I love, but hey, maybe 'maybe it's my journey to travel alone and not theirs' sad reality... for me, I guess!
Back to you my friend, as a health & fitness instructor, I'm often asked to label only one thing to eliminate from ones diet, (after making sure there are no vegans around, I'd whisper 'dairy' reasoning, I'm in the field of prolonging people's lives first, animal second.. sorry Vegans!
I'll say try it out for a day or two without milk and be attentive to your body, honestly the body knows what to do, we most time get in our own way!
Ps: Indian men are also known to experience "abdominal distension." Which in my opinion is caused by 'Dairy'!
I have to hand it to him. He is the 1st person to tell you, NOT to listen to him. But he is authentically honest, open and so funny. He is a great story teller!
Yes he can be utterly hilarious, his only dark times are when he's on meat. As he ages he'll be a sigma vegan and a great guy, I hope 🤞🙏🏻
Don’t do a video on this, he’ll be carnivore again in like a week 😂
Oh come on! Low blow here. No one, and I mean NO ONE takes Casey seriously- why on earth would you stoop to try to ‘analyse ‘ this guy’s diet and reactions.
PBN I’m disappointed in you!
He went carnivore like 3 times for various reasons only to return to vegan/fruitarian again because carnivore simply isn't the natural human diet.
What is obvious, is obvious.
You tried it for a HALF of a day? You didn’t really try it.
@@bonnieschmidt5882 Well, anything that makes you that sick in half a day, can't be good for you. Since giving up animals products over seven years ago, all my digestive problems have gone away. Carnivore is not how humans were meant to eat. It doesn't even make sense.
Biggest flip flopper quit both carni and vegan diets multiple times, how's this a reliable source!? 🤷♂️
This guy is vegan in morning carnivore in afternoon and fruitarian in evening and at night he makes videos 😂
Plant based/animal free at best. Veganism is an ethical stance. U dont abandon that willy nilly
Those "self experiments" not only carry huge risk to the subject, but are also highly unethical when they involve animal victims and come at a huge cost of sentient lives. I wish you wouldve mentioned that. Unless we're only discussing health here & dont care about morality or the environment or impact on society or anything.
Vegetable Police is like the most honest man in this space
Whenever you bring up Vit. C thing I just switch off because I know it's bullshit and the people saying that have no clue about nutrition at all.
That guy's deffo qualified, for looney tunes.
In my experience, carnist claims are almost always built on anecdotes.
> Let us say NO to animal sacrifice
I thought Vegetable Police was vegan, and then he became something else.. and then something else..😂 I don't know. Maybe he has eating disorders or he's highly influenced by others and "malleable", but he's not the best example to showcase. You don't know what he's going to "be" next.🙄❤️
This kind of diets is like certain drugs. People don't do recreational drugs because you immediately break down and fall apart. In the first years you feel amazing, superhuman, unstoppable. It's only some years down the line that comes the realization, living on adrenaline is not a good idea.
He changes his diet so much lol
lol - I did not know you are turning this channel into a comedy show!
VP?
Seriously?
He will be back on Carnivore in a year or two :)
I like how the carnivore diet only has anecdotal evidence to support it, but carnivores insist you use the highest level of research to critique it.
Bc there isn’t only anecdotal evidence 😂
@Allen-gs1kc I'm always interested in learning more about nutrition. Can you share some research regarding the carnivore diet? I'm legit interested, as I have loved ones who eat that way. They aren't interested in research, but I am.
@@Allen-gs1kc please enlighten us
Coffee is not meat. If he was consuming caffeine that’s not carnivore
I'm on the herbivore diet
There is a dogfood called vdog. We feed this as well as the scraps from our vegan table. She has been extremely healthy, without tumors on any part of her body.
We got us a pet hen chicken who is good at laying eggs which none of us eat, we started feeding them to our dog until we noticed a large lump on her body and the aggressive behavior begin. We stopped the eggs and trashed them. She is now doing much better and we give God the Glory for making us wise unto salvation. 🙌
I understand you should feed the egg back to the chicken so they can reabsorb the nutrition they've lost.
@@burningclock That's not needed when the chicken gets enough nutrition from its meals
regular kibble is horrible for dogs, now you want to feed them meatless kibble?! You are an animal abuser, feed your dog meat like she deserves. These are horrible to read, and I feel terrible for your dog
Happy Healthy Vegan on youtube shows you his blood panels every year.
His authenticity and humor is on another level
Meat is for humans on the same unhealthy level as most junk foods, so people on carnivore don't feel better because they avoid junk foods. They feel better because they become nauseated from all the saturated fat etc., and lose weight. Or they have eliminated some food that they have an allergy or food sensitivity to. Or both.
You get lots of adrenaline straight from the animal, and that's why you may feel like Superman ... for a while.
Consuming animal flesh also has a strong influence on human hormones, as do other intoxicating substances. This can function like an addiction to where you experience increased cravings and withdrawal like symptoms when not eating it daily.
Vegetable Police would eat dog crap if he thought it would boost his viewership.
One of the things I noticed about human carnivore is that thay drink lot of coffee. Coffee cameras from beans . beans are not part of a real carnivorous diet.
Thanks. Very good information
Carnivore diet is not a fad. It's been around for millions of years😊
The only question you need to ask yourself "Where are all the carnivore bluezones at??"
can you not offer health test to carnivore gurus, from blood ,to hormoons,to mri , to drug test....etc. see if they are clean and health like they say they are.
Vegetable police has to keep flipping his diet because he relies on his TH-cam income to survive so needs to stay relevant
It is the denial diet
Most people have a choline deficiency, *including meat-eaters' (ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Choline-HealthProfessional/#h3).
Kudos to You well done
Been watching vp before was even vegan, he's definitely an interesting guy
I can play this game too. I ate a carrot and vomited for ten hours. Believe me, it's true! There.
Real carnivore doesn’t gorge on meat 3 times a day 7 days a week. Carnivore eat then fast for a couple days.
The vegetale police guy,was fructarian, omni, keto, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, lacto ovo vegetarian, carnivore now who the hell knows,he is bound to go breatharian or solarian soon.

And note there are hundreds of vulnerable but creative carni's in his comments section who might just come around, who knows!! He is a lover of wildlife and animals, and I feel like he is starting to recognise what diagonalism is and how the last few years have played into the present scenario.

If you are on a carnivore diet it is essential to supplement vitamin C.
He'll be back to carnivore in due time. It's his schtick.
The rash could be caused by oxalate dumping. And sounds, like he has problems with bile. Poor guy.
This video is not going to age well. Screen better if you actually care about your message😅
Veg Police always said that he tries these extreme diets "so that you don't have to". He was also vegan before carnivore. He has a very good channel called Camera Conspiracies, if you want to learn about camera and video equipment.
I get nauseous just thinking about eating decomposing flesh.
@@Insight-music Good comment

@@Insight-music Well said, totally agree.
Obviously you finally found one person who quit carnivore but you never talk about the thousand of people who left veganism
Carnivore cringe documents numerous people who quit carnivore. I've never heard of a decade long strict carnivore, I do hear about decade plus long vegans.
carnivore is a mad brainwashing fad, people are now dying because of it, they disappear from social media or are shamed if/when they quit.
