Meditation and visualization. 5. write 10 short term desires in a present tense and say thank you, daily pick one desire n visualize it. Do it for a month n see ur desires fulfilling. 6. Vision board of ur dreams/ desires. 7. While sleeping count all the good things happpend in a day N go to sleep, so u will wake up happy next morning. That's how ur subconscious mind works. I dont know it is normal or not 😅😅 but editing my pics or making those better or see myself in a better way in any pic really relieve me a lot ...and believe me it just takes some secs to go out of any bad mood of mine 😊

What I do to keep myself happy is spend time with BTS. Yes I am an ARMY and their music 🎶 and words have helped me a lot 💜. Much more than people know
I have bipolar disorder and what she does is recommended by every therapist ever! I have to keep mood journals and thought worksheets to keep my mood balanced and manage my Illness but if you do it anyway, it's going to be real helpful and you'd get to know yourself better ;) do it guys. Do it.
