It will take a little while to get used to the grapple. It is hard to see what is going on out front close to the ground from the cab. But the grapple makes quick work of hauling brush! Not being able to burn year round in MA makes it a challenge too! Got all my brush burned yesterday before the rain today.
Thankfully I'm considered a farm with the town, so I have an agricultural burn permit to burn year round! I think your Wicked Grapple will be a little better at holding on to things. I think I need to add some teeth to my grapple. Future project.
@@Curtis1824 It looks like you could fab up and add a curved section with teeth on to the outside of the grapple's "lid", to give you the little bit extra grip. And after seeing those nice backhoe stabilizer pads you made, I'm sure you can fab some teeth sections for the grapple.
The grapple sure does make that cleanup work easier, right!! Love my grapple, you actually end up a little sad once you have finished picking everything up...... cause you wish there was more for the grapple!!!!🤣
Told ya that was the tool you needed! Gonna change your life. Lol. Though I’m not sure it’s gonna hold up well to your size tractor. Given how I’ve abused my wicked and not damaged it at all. Still, for what you’ve got into it will be a good asset to you for what your doing. I predict it will be on your tractor WAY more than the bucket.
It’s a time saver for sure! You’re right, I haven’t taken it off since I stuck it on the tractor. I was looking at the wicked, but they were 5-6 months out. We’ll see how this one holds together!

@@Curtis1824 Yes, I think cutting some teeth in the upper jaw would be good!

The thoughts and plans are in the works! Just need some down time now when I’m not using it!
Love that grapple. Nice setup
Thanks!

Yes it does! I have a feeling with the amount of cleanup I have to do I’ll never run out of uses for it!
If he does run out of stuff to grapple, he can bring his tractor up to my place, I have tons to remove!
If only gas wasn’t so expensive!
@@Curtis1824 😂 🤣

What is the horsepower of that tractor?
It’s a 58 horse engine. The DK60 is turbocharged I believe.
Looks like a very nice tractor.
Once all the initial problems got worked out it’s been great!
