So far, I was thinking one way to use Order 66 was to build Palpatine with a bunch of Jedi units, kill your Jedi after you get Palpatine unit out, then all the clones you create come out ready as like a weird combo deck. I don't know how good it would be, but like... it's thematic, and you get the clones if your Jedi die.
